Torvea Customs

Lucy Purr strolls into the office and sits down at her desk. She begins working on the computer, unaware of the chewed gum on the floor near her feet. She types away, tapping her boots and nearly smooshing the gum under her.
Her right boot finally lands in the sticky pink bubble gum, but she doesn’t seem to notice. As she continues tapping her right foot, she feels some stickiness on the bottom of her shoe. She is mildly annoyed but continues working.
Then, her left boot lands in the other pile of chewed gum. She taps her feet, the sticky gum squishing under her boots and making her boots stick to the ground. The stickiness is starting to get worse and Lucy wonders why her boots are sticking to the floor.
She kicks around beneath her, getting more annoyed at the stickiness. When she finally decides to see what the substance on the floor is, she lifts her boot and sees that it is chewed bubble gum. She is totally grossed out at the wads of gum stuck to her boots.
She uses some paper to try and rub the gum off, but it’s really stuck on there. Now Lucy has gum and paper stuck to the bottoms of her boots. She tries pulling it off but the paper wont budge. She keeps pulling and the long stringy gum seems to come off with the paper.
She stands up to go clean her boots, but the remnants of gum are still incredibly sticky. Each step seems to make her more and more stuck. She is getting really frustrated as the gum has cemented her boots to the floor. She tries pulling her legs, but she is completely glued to the floor. She struggles and tries to free herself, but it’s useless. Realizing that she is totally stuck, she pulls her legs out of the boots and walks away.

After the novelty wears off, Arielle calls out to be let down. When she realizes that Candle is gone, she starts panicking. It does not help that the shorts are giving her a wedgie.

Candle finally comes back and asks if she needs to pee, which Arielle does. At first, Candle threatens to leave her so she can wet herself like she did. Arielle is flustered, which Candle uses to her advantage. Candle takes her water and slowly pours it on the floor making Arielle have to pee even more! She runs off to grab her camera and leaves Arielle there to struggle.

Candle is folding her laundry and not paying attention as she steps in an empty, mesh laundry bag on the floor. A slurping sound resonates and she looks down to see one foot caught in the bag. As she tries pulling it off, it feels really tight around her delicate ankle, so she steps in the bag with her free foot to leverage herself out of this predicament. All of a sudden she hears that menacing slurping sound and she has mesh up to her knees.

Rationally she should be able to get out of this and she struggles, but it only makes it worse. More slurps and she gets eaten more and more by this creature. It slithers up her legs to her waist, chest and then she is caught at the elbows. Candle tries to find implements to release her, but when it goes over her neck with a final slurp, she begins to be a bit concerned that she may not get out of this. More thrashing before she is completely spent and lies on the floor whimpering about her hatred of laundry day.

We finished the escape challenge, minus the escape, and there was that pesky part about getting out of the hole. I thought it was going to be a cakewalk, but the clay had other plans in mind. My legs were crossed while sitting in the hole, and the pressure of the dirt would not allow any movement for leverage.

With the arms being tied behind my back and elbows together, there was no movement. I had Scott and our assistant pull on my torso, but that only caused strain on the legs as things popped and pulled like a rice krispie treat. Not what you want to hear when you are trying to get out of a cold hole and get cleaned up.

As the rain starts falling, it becomes apparent that we are running out of time and something needs to be done soon. I crack jokes but there is a tinge of nervousness because I don't want to be stuck in a hole forever!

When I finally got out, Scott decides to get back at all of the awful one liners and jabs by spraying cold water out of the hose. It was probably deserved after failing the escape challenge!
