It's always special when you get two extremely skilled and strong women on the mats and this is certainly the case with this mouth-watering clash!
Gabi and Diana give a fresh twist to the classic blonde v brunette battle when they meet on the MWC mats.
They both look glorious in their colourful swimming suits and their hair loose and flowing and the anticipation and excitement is palpable in the air.
Both are powerful and experienced wrestlers and this was always going to be an intriguing match.
It is Diana who strikes first when she executes an impressive throw to take Gabi to the floor, earning a submission with an arm bar.
Gabi tries to strike back immediately but her throw doesn't have the same effect as, after some rolling around and struggling, Diana gets on top and executes another excruciating arm bar!
But this doesn't deter the spirited Gabi who gets her first submission on the board with a punishing leg lock that leaves Diana with no option but to tap out!
And this sets the scene for some truly great back and forth action that yields success for both ladies who are each determined to win.Submissions are obtained through a variety of means including more arm bars and head scissors.
Things also get heated with Diana and Gabi both becoming more and more aggressive as the match wears on. At one point when they attempt to grab hold of each other they instead slap one another!
The end comes with one of the ladies locking on an arm bar again and a hard earned and reluctant submission from the other. After such an intense fight, it's no surprise that the victor enjoys putting her foot on top of her beaten foe and showing off with a victory pose. A fitting end to an MWC classic
