THE PLANNING INSPECTOR (QUICKTIME)
Tabitha returns as a desperate planning inspector who is giving a home owner grief for building a deck without planning permission. In consequence, he refuses to let her use his bathroom, and she is to moan and "P' dance her way through the inspection.
The opening five minutes of this clip shows Tabitha already bursting for a "P" and a little She relates a brief story about speeding while desperate, then rushes off to change for the movie proper. She is distracted by her chronic desperation throughout, but manages to get through the story before her sphincter muscles give way and she is caught in her own flood!
