Preemtive Strike (Blindfolded Female Tickle)
He has her arms spread and tied up in the air. He begins to tickle her with his fingers when he decides to put the blindfold over her eyes to prevent her from seeing what's coming. After blindfolding her, he tickles her armpits, making her guess which one he was about to attack! He uses his fingers then turns his thumbs loose in her pits agonizing her. He does the same to her belly and sides. Next, he suprises her with a special tickle device called the "spur." He uses the spur all over her body, knowing how sensitive she is to it's touch. After the spur, he uses the paint brush. Again, tickling her pits, tummy and sides with every artistic stroke. When he's done he undoes the blindfold and unties her hands. He knows she will get revenge soon enough so he calls this his preemptive strike.
