Many a woman has ended up twisted up into a pretzel shape when they have found themselves up against the powerhouse that is luscious Luna.

And, on this occasion, it is the usually confident and proud fighter, that is gorgeous Gabriella, who finds herself at the mercy of the super-strong, technically gifted, and remorseless warrior who wants to demonstrate the ways in which she can bend someone else’s body!

When we join them in Monica’s Wrestling Centre, Gabriella already finds herself at the mercy of Luna, trapped in a camel clutch which must be excruciatingly painful if the expression the victim wears on her pretty face is anything to go by!

Luna is calculated and methodical as she slowly ramps up the pressure to ensure the agony arrives slowly but effectively for her victim.

Of course, Luna was never going to be content with just that, and soon switched to a Boston Crab hold, immense pressure being thrust on Gabriella’s back as she is bent in a way she isn’t supposed to be, no matter how flexible she might be.

Gabriella moans and groans and cries out in pain, but this seems to be music to Luna’s ears as she just smirks, chuckles, and laughs throughout, while giving her own verbal commentary and taunts along the way.

Luna is clearly enjoying herself, and she certainly seems determined to test Gabriella’s bendiness to its limit and beyond as she continues to twist and bend her in a variety of different ways.

It’s hell for Gabriella but at least she now knows she can touch the top of her head with her foot...from behind!

Mercifully for the dark-haired beauty, her ordeal doesn’t last forever but we suspect she isn’t going to forget her time with an unforgiving Luna any time soon!

According to Wikipedia, "Although a meat tenderizer can be made out of virtually any object there are three types that are manufactured specifically for tenderizing meat". We wish to set the record straight and add a fourth object - Gabriela's fists.

When Gabriela and Chris met at the London Submission Room, Gabriela decided that Chris was looking a bit too tough - so tenderizing him seemed like a good plan. After all, what else is there to do?

Using wrestling holds to pin him down, Gabriela begins the "delicate" tenderizing process. Only it's not delicate for long. Chris is a pretty strong guy, and since Gabriela's punches aren't having much effect, there can be only one option - punch harder. As the video progresses, Gabriela's punches get harder and harder until at the end, she really is punching him hard. She doesn't stop just at the belly either; the thighs are a perfectly good target as is the rib cage, and Chris genuinely winces in pain at some of those punches.

Look out for some wonderful moments when Gabriela has Chris pinned in a scissor hold and lays into him with some full-on punches. Ouch!!!

Luckily, Gabriela is in a good mood otherwise we think Chris might not have survived. As it was, Chris only just made it through to the end. Not something that he will want to repeat for a long time.

Laken and Gabriela meet at the London Submission Room and Laken has an idea - she wants to do a face-sit challenge with Gabriela. Laken thinks it will be a lot of fun and Gabriela agrees. But the thing is, Laken isn't entirely honest with Gabriela and plans a "surprise".

The challenge involves Laken tying up Gabriela, so that Gabriela can't possibly escape and then facesitting her non-stop for two minutes. I mean it's just a case of Gabriela taking a deep breath and holding it - what could be difficult about that. Gabriela is up for the challenge and so Laken gets to work tying Gabriela's ankles together, before folding Gabriela's legs over her head and tying her ankles to her wrists.

Immobilised by the bondage, Laken now sets the timer on her phone and starts the challenge - two minutes of facesitting. Gabriela seems to enjoy the challenge and so Laken decides that another two minutes is needed. Still Gabriela is unfazed by this.

Laken moves to round three. She unties Gabriela and re-ties her hands to her ankles while she lies on her back. This position pins Gabriela's arms well away from her face and gives Laken better access to Gabriela's face. This time there can be no wriggling free, and no escape. But, just as Laken secures the last tight knot, she reveals to Gabriela there there is a rule change and that the facesitting bouts are going to be three minutes long and not two. Gabriela protests but it's too late and with her hands tied, there is nothing Gabriela can do to stop Laken from going ahead with the new rules.

Gabriela is struggles in vain but Laken just seems to enjoy herself more and more. When Gabriela taps, Laken reluctantly agrees to let Gabriela take a few well-needed breaths but then it's straight back to the facesitting and she ignores Gabriela's protests. Laken constantly monitors her phone to ensure that Gabriela remains trapped for the full three minutes. Once again, Gabriela survives but only just and Laken decides that the challenge should continue for a further three minutes.

Gabriela doesn't know how much longer she can endure the challenge, and seems slightly relieved when Laken announces that this is going to be the final (bonus) round. This time, Laken unties Gabriela but proceeds to pin her in a reverse folding bodypress pin in what turns out to be the hardest challenge of them all.

Gabriela and Hildr Battle Queen met at the London Submission Room for a Camel Clutch Challenge to find out just how flexible Gabriela was. The Camel Clutch is a popular wrestling hold, used to make your opponent submit. With your opponent face down, you sit on their back, grab their arms and place them over your thighs. Next you reach down and grab your opponent under the chin, and slowly pull their head up until they submit.

But what happens when your opponent is extremely flexible?

Hildr is one of the strongest wrestlers at the Submission Room. She is convinced that she will make Gabriela tap out, and very surprised when she discovers just how flexible Gabriela is.

Gabriela seems to just takes it in her stride.

There's lots of camel clutch action in this video, and an opportunity to see the move close up and from several different angles.

Gabriela and Hildr Battle Queen are in the mat room at the London Submission Room studios and start out by comparing flexibility. Gabriela is well known for her flexibility and shows this off with some leg stretching and back-bends which are way too extreme for Hildr to match. However, Hildr has other "admirable" qualities - she is super strong.

In this 8 minute video, Hildr demonstrates that she can lift Gabriela's 57Kg (125lbs) with ease, and proceeds to carry her around the Submission Room using several different lifts (piggy back, fireman's lift, cradle, and the very difficult Human Atlas Ball). At times, Hildr even pauses to perform a few squats with Gabriela as the human barbell.

Hildr really is super-strong.

There are some fights you just know are going to be thrilling classics as soon as you dream them up and this encounter in the Mats of Doom Room certainly lived up to the hype!

Gabriella and Ivy Rain are strong, talented and confident wrestlers who are building impressive reputations as they entertain and delight the session wrestling scene.

But reputations go out of the window when it comes to match time and all that mattered was what they were going to do in this fight and not what they have accomplished before.

They didn’t mess around either. They locked up straight away and started the struggle, which ended with a quick submission for Gabriella after she caught Ivy in an arm lock!

Ivy is as tough as she is beautiful though and she wasn’t ever going to take that easily. And sure enough, after giving Gabriella an early introduction to her considerable breasts (!), she levelled the match with a painful body scissor.

With the blue touch paper well and truly lit, it was game on and we were treated to some brilliant moves, sheer determination and impressive flexibility as they treated us to a pulsating fight.

Submissions were earned with more body scissors, leg locks, head locks, school girl pins and combinations of many of these as they clocked up points and fought for victory.

It was one hell of a battle as Gabriella and Ivy enjoyed moments on top and in control before finding the tables turned and having to try to fight out of challenging predicaments!

They fought hard and with sheer determination right to the very of this exciting battle and were locked in combat right up until the moment the referee called time. Download this classic battle of the beautiful babes to see how it pans out!

The two gorgeous babes Rosie and Gabriella were a massive hit with the punters who attended the delightful MWC Christmas Party last year.

So we thought why not pit the two of them against one another in the tight space of Monica’s Wrestling Centre’s Mats of Doom Room where they can fight it out and see who emerges victorious?!

As ever, they were game, and they wasted no time at all getting to grips with one another and showing each other what they’ve got. Rosie obtained a head lock while Gabriella hit her with a bear hug and the painful squeeze was on!

Soon they were going blow for blow with excruciating wrestling moves being applied on each other and causing the air to be filled with their shrieks of pain and agony as the pressure was applied.

They hit each other with leg locks, body scissors, breast smothers, camel clutches, guillotines, head locks, grapevine pins and combination holds done perfectly.

There may not be a great deal of space in the Mats of Doom Room but Rosie and Gabriella made the most of it as they seemed to fight on every inch of the mats they were battling on!

And it was an even match too - every time it seemed one girl was going to take control, the other would come roaring back and we were treated to a fabulously intense battle as they earned each and every submission the hard way!

Rosie and Gabriella fought hard right to the very end desperately searching for the win. Every effort was made not to give in to moves no matter how much pain they were in as they tried to prevent points going to their rival!

One of the girls did emerge on top - just about - and she was certainly delighted with her day’s work!

They don’t come much more exciting than this! Two incredibly beautiful and skilled talents engaging in a fast paced encounter on the MWC mats!

And boy is it a spicy encounter! Immediately, gorgeous Gabriella slaps away exquisite Inferno’s offer of a pre-match handshake and that really sets the tone for the whole contest.

If there are to be no polite formalities, they go straight to the action and start battling all over the mats each jostling for the dominant position in a frantic opening few minutes.

There is plenty of skill and plenty of determination on show as they fight out of holds and then apply their own. The breathless action sees them both enjoy success with vicious head locks that neither really wanted to tap out too!

Such is the intensity of the action, Inferno struggles to keep her assets in her bikini. Gabriella isn’t impressed though as she demands “next time bring a better bikini”!

The verbals punctuate the non-stop fighting action as one girl gets in an attacking position while the other defends and stubbornly refuses to wilt before battling out.

More submissions come with arm bars, breast smothers and head locks in this edge of the seat encounter - much to the delight of the successful fighter and the sheer frustration of the reluctant submitter!

Of course, this only raises the animosity between them as they continue to swap taunts and insults as the fight for victory becomes mental as well as physical.

However, don’t let that distract from the sheer skills that both Inferno and Gabriella out on display in this one. Their talent, flexibility and strength make this a classic match which leaves you wondering who will come out on top right to the end.

But there is one winner and she is clearly delighted. Much to the sheer frustration and fury of her defeated rival!

What a talented and ultra beautiful female wrestler is busy doing her workout routine, what’s the worst thing you can do if you’re a man? That’s right, interrupt her!

But that is exactly what Kilo ill advisedly decides to do just as Gabriella is stretching and exercising in the middle of Monica’s Wrestling Centre’s Ring of Pain.

It’s a bad move because he is in the right place for an ass kicking and lovely Gabriella is all warmed up and ready to deliver it!

“You’re going to get so beaten up this time”, a determined and steely eyed Kilo announces as he climbs through the ropes while an exasperated Gabriella simply exhales and rolls her eyes. She knows what’s about to go down...HIM!

He hits the canvas as soon as she grabs hold of him and takes him down. While he still insists on telling her she will see what he has in store, Gabriella merely gets on with the task in hand, applying those luscious legs around his torso and squeezing.

She’s barely breaking sweat as she moves on to a vicious head lock and makes him squirm and cry out in pain.

An arm lock which almost sees his puny limb twisted out of its socket sees her double her advantage as the pattern - just like in the first time they met - is set for the rest of the match.

She seems to be having even more fun this time around, giving him a stink face as he sits helpless against a corner turnbuckle.

Gabriella also “treats” him to arm bars, breast smothers, head locks, body scissors, grapevine pins and combinations which all bring about the desired submissions out of a suffering Kilo!

It’s even more humiliating and embarrassing for Kilo and Gabriella certainly makes him right to the very end of this incredible beatdown!

Putting two talented, quick and ultra sexy wrestlers in the tight confines of the MWC Mats of Doom Room gave us all the ingredients of an exciting and wild fight.

And sure enough, Cheetah and Gabriella didn’t disappoint when they faced off and got to grips with one another in this phenomenal contest!

Gabriella told Cheetah that she was hunting her but, judging by the expression on her face, the wildcat saw the brunette as her prey too!

They locked up and their legs were soon tangled up and both had bear hugs as they squeezed and fought out the early moments in a real test of strength!

It was Cheetah who raced into a quick lead first when she came out on top of that display of power from both girls. But Gabriella wasn't deterred and was back on her hunt, levelling things up quickly with a nasty headlock.

This set the scene nicely and demonstrated that this was going to be an all action, edge-of-your-seats wrestling battle between two eager and skilled fighters.

The quick fire points kept being racked up as both Cheetah and Gabriella secured submissions in their favour through body scissors, breast smothers and grapevine pins.

It was a back and forth battle between two talents on top of their game as the initiative swung back and forth.

And things got spicier and more and more competitive the more they submitted as they realised how much they wanted to win!

Only a brave punter would have bet on either Cheetah or Gabriella coming out as the winner bring the heat of this evenly matched fight.

The small room could barely contain them but they both fought long and hard right up until the very feisty and tense end! A truly phenomenal contest between two beautiful battling badass babes!

Confident Kilo towers over sexy Gabriella and this huge height advantage certainly fills him with the confidence he needs as he looks to take down the talented beauty.

But Gabriella isn’t the slightest bit impressed with his bravado or any size advantage he has over her and is more than ready to teach him a lesson on the MWC mats.

She immediately grabs him in a headlock and brings him down to the ground, applying pressure which is clearly having an effect judging by the moans and groans coming from Kilo.

Through gritted teeth he tells Gabriella that she is lucky with this one so she ramps up the pressure and the sheer pain written all over his face tells us it isn't a fake and she really knows what she is doing!

A bad start for Kilo and it doesn't get any better as Gabriella shows him her legs are as lethal as her arms by trapping him in a body scissor that is clearly going to leave him in pain for days to come.

And the beating just gets more and more vicious as Gabriella starts working him over in a variety of different ways including figure fours, face sits, arm bars, chokes, head locks and more scissors squeezing the life out of his head and torso!

The beatdown which he promised her shows absolutely no sign of emerging, of course, and Kilo was being made to eat his words. Gabriella on the other hand was enjoying beating him up with words of her own alongside the physical attacks!

She really goes through her entire delightful repertoire of wrestling tricks to make him suffer in the harshest way possible.

It’s an outstanding, emphatic win for the gorgeous Gabriella who ends it brutally because she is bored of teaching him a hard lesson! What a badass girl!

Two new wrestlers join the SGR-Wrestling Roster and they couldn’t be more different. In one corner we have gorgeous petite latina spitfire, Gabriela Pliante and in the other imposing pro-wrestler and dominatrix, Madame Vanquish.

These two contrasting debutantes circle each other on our mats trash talking on how they are confident of the win. Madame Vanquish certainly has the power advantage but Gabriela is quick and flexible and after the long break due to Covid both of these women were keen to pick up their first victory on the Strong Girls Rule mats.

Gabriela makes a rookie error, enticed within reach by Vanquish allowing her the first attack, Gabriela is unable to move the mountain and instead is scooped up and dropped over Vanquish’s knee in a wicked backbreaker before being repeatedly body splashed on the mat.

The wind is of the beautiful Gabriela, but Vanquish is having too much fun and is keen to impress on her debut. She wants to show us, you and poor Gabriela all of her pro moves, so she does.

Falcon Arrow, body slams, splashes, ankle locks, bearhugs, should breakers, choke slams, widows peak and body racks are all used to inflict maximum damage.

Gabriela’s lithe form is repeatedly lifted, slammed and squashed by the pro-wrestler and all she can do is groan in agony at the damage being inflicted to her beautiful body.

When the end comes Gabriela is destroyed on the mat, whilst Vanquish gloats with her easy victory.
