Another of OPandER's very first camera test anthologies, this time from the very early days featuring some favorites again. CPR tests are performed with superb deep and strong chest compressions in these never posted shots. Fans of both big small and everything in between breasts will not be disappointed. Anasthasia is in the ICU in a hospital gown following an office HA . A respirator, Mayo pipe, ET tube, BP cuff are all placed, and she is hooked up to a 7 lead EKG. Dr. Nicky checks her vitals and auscultates her chest. Her Heart goes Vfib during this procedure. De. Nicky calls assistance and uses the defibrillator but with no response following the first round. Her med team starts CPR with deep and strong chest compressions and ambu bagging thru an ET tube. Following a few cycles, they remove her gown and place a CPR board under her back and continue the resus procedure (from many camera angles). Following many cycles, the patient's pulse returns to normal rhythm. The medical team reconnects her ET tube and the respirator. A nice clip with a naturally athletic patient featuring CPR with deep and strong chest compressions, defibrillations, CPR board. A must-see clip for all resus fans, especially for ICU fans!

Anasthasia is at the Doctor's Office for a bicycle stress test. First the assistant checks her BP. Then Doctor Nicky steths her heart and places the ECG electrodes onto her chest. Then the patient starts cycling. It goes well at first. Then she starts breathing faster and more heavily. A few minutes later the med team lets her stop cycling and checks her BP and steths her heart again. They place a big breathing mask onto her face and fix it with a rubber band. Anasthasia continues cycling with sweat visibly pouring off her. She becomes very breathless and tired. The med team helps her off the bicycle and gives her an O2 mask to assist her breathing. A very nice stress test clip with many ECG electrodes, BP cuff, breathing mask, and graphic breathless scene. A must see clip for all ECG and stress test fans!

She feels terrible and is unstable. Her colleague accompanied her and is quite worried as she sits by her side. While the med team examines her, her breathing goes south and soon she collapses. Her heart is now in full cardiac arrest. The med team starts CPR immediately while they cut off all her clothes. They continue work on the on the fully naked patient. The defibrillator is charged but there is no response following the shock. They continue the resuscitation procedure with strong chest compressions, ambu bagging and many defibrillations. They produces many more cycles until patient’s pulse finally returns. She looks stable and ready to transport to the ICU. Tall Anasthasia is in the Drs office for a heart exam. First the nurse checks her BP and then the doctor listens to her lungs with steth while her bra is on. Then she takes off her bra and the Doctor performs a heart auscultation in a sitting and then prone position. Dr. Nicky continues the heart auscultation, and listens to the mytral valave of the patients heart as she lays in a lateral position. When the stething is completed the steth the doctor performs a heart palpation. Final a rest ECG exam is done. The nurse preps all the electrodes for her limbs and chest, uses gel and places them on her body. Then Dr. Nicky starts the exam. The camera takes her laying with many electrodes on her body from a variety of different angles. When the exam is over the patient is ready to dress. Anasthasia is in the OR to remove a growth from under her arm. It is a quick routine surgery. The Nurses prep her for surgery, hook her up to the monitor and put the BP cuff on. Anasthasia wears a pink bouffant cup. They also use a pair of anti-thrombosis stockings. The nurse puts the black rubber mask on her face. She breaths the gas in deeply deeply when the gas hits and she goes under. They intubate her and tape the ET tube on her eyes. The surgery proceeds well, but her pulse is lost. She flatlines and resus starts immediately with CPR and bagging. The defibrillator charges and shocks begin, but there is no response. Not knowing what the problem is they continue their actions. Following a few minutes of resus, her pulse returns to normal. She is ready for transport to the post OP area. Nice surgery clip with resus actions, realistic sharp defibrillations and many details.
