With deliberate care, her fingers trace the seams of the new outfit she’s about to try on, feeling the texture, imagining how it will hug her body.

As she steps out of the old clothes, the air seems to charge around her, every movement slow and intimate.

The new garment slips over her skin, a tantalizing promise of transformation.

She studies herself, a slight smile curling her lips, catching the flicker of vulnerability and confidence in her eyes.

I was sitting in the waiting room, my heart beating a little faster than usual. My name is Nicoletta, and that day I had gone to the doctor for a facial that I had been longing for. However, my mind was focused on a “secret” that I carried inside me: I had swallowed a pillcam, a small camera that would explore my digestive system. No one knew, not even the doctor.
The waiting room was decorated in warm, calm tones, and the light scents of disinfectant and fresh flowers floated in the air. My thoughts of the pillcam mixed with the excitement of the treatment. It was a super discounted video, an offer I couldn’t pass up, and I could document the whole thing in a fun way.
After sitting down, I realized it was time to do some “preparation.” My breakfast had been rich and filling: a delicious avocado toast, a poached egg, and a sprinkle of chili pepper. And then, to finish, a Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts. The combination of flavors had been amazing. I chose to eat well because I thought the video would give my viewers a glimpse into my eating habits, as well as a new journey through my system.
Finally, the doctor called me into his office. After discussing the treatment and what to expect, I felt a little more at ease. But deep inside, there was always the thought of the pillcam that I was about to show in action.
After the facial, which included a deep cleanse and the application of nourishing masks, I spent some time giving myself a few minutes of relaxation. The pillcam, meanwhile, was recording everything that was going through my system, and I could already imagine what would appear on the video. It was such an unusual and, at the same time, fascinating idea.
During the treatment, I focused on what I was experiencing: the gentle touch of the doctor's hands on my face, the fresh scent of the creams and masks. Each step was a treat for my skin. But, somehow, the thought of the pillcam, traveling through my body, made me smile. Who knows what treasures I would have found! I imagined myself explaining to the audience how my digestive system had reacted to my rich breakfast, even though I couldn’t show them everything the pillcam was capturing.
After leaving, after a beauty session that had left my skin glowing, I rushed home, eager to review the material recorded by the pillcam. The scans I had swallowed could tell an amazing story – not only about my facial, but also about the journey of the food I had eaten.
When I returned, I settled in front of the computer and started the video. The images shot by the pillcam alternated with those of my treatment and my breakfast. I remembered the moments when I had eaten, exulting in the beauty of each meal
“Expect surprises,” I told my viewers with a smile, “because the secret is that everything starts in our bellies”
It was more than just a video; it was a combination of experiences – my love of food, skincare and the incredible journey within myself, all told through the lens of the pillcam and my own storytelling.
The video turned out to be a hit, and the fact that I was able to combine fun with medical treatment was something I would carry with me forever.

"Mmmh, this dress really suits me... too bad about these lights, they highlight all the hair on my arms! But who cares, I'm Italian, we are famous for being passionate and... hairy! In fact, maybe that's my secret. A little Mediterranean mystery, right? Sure, maybe I'll do a little tweaking of my eyebrows before going out, I don't want to scare anyone! But come on, after all, I like myself the way I am. I'm a real woman, with curves and hair. And then, who said we all have to be smooth like porcelain dolls? Long live freedom, long live hair, long live Italy!"

Però dai, in fondo mi piaccio così.

The summer sun of Milan caresses my skin, or rather, the thick fur that covers me entirely. I am a woman, a beautiful woman, and I am proud of it. My red hair falls on my shoulders like a waterfall, blends with my thick eyebrows and descends along my sinuous body.
My hair is my strength, my wild beauty. I do not hide it, I show it with pride. I love the sensation of my hair moving in the wind, protecting me from the sun and the cold. I love its softness, its density, its natural scent.
Every hair is a part of me, a story to tell. The hair on my legs is long and strong, like the roots of a tree. The hair on my arms is soft and silky, like the wings of a butterfly. The hair on my belly is curly and playful, like the waves of the sea.
I do not care about curious glances or malicious comments. I am myself, completely and without shame. And I love myself just the way I am, hairy and proud.
Now I get in the shower and wash my thick hairy pussy and my leg hair. I get out and piss on the shower mat making drops of warm yellow pee drip.
I feel so wild so free!

Sono me stessa, completamente e senza vergogna.
