Sweetie, I know you've got a girlfriend now, but I still need you! Today for example, I DEFINITELY need to be punished. You order me to strip to nothing but my ultra-sheer tan pantyhose and butt plug, before putting myself in a leather collar, and nipple clamps. You're not done yet though - you instruct me to write the word 'slut' on my forehead in lipstick, and cover my mouth in messy lipstick too, to make me look like your submissive whore, which is EXACTLY what I am! Once I've done all that, you relax and begin wanking, while I put on a foot show for you as I clean the oven and do the ironing. I lift one foot up and then the other so that you can enjoy the sheer soles of my feet in pantyhose, and finish by BEGGING you to cum all over my face. It would be SUCH an honour!

How can I control you properly if I'm not dressed to TEASE you? Fortunately, you've pleased me very much by sending me some gorgeous silk nightwear and panties to wear, as well as writing me an essay to explain your tastes to me.

But of course, THAT'S NOT ENOUGH! You need to send me ACTUAL MONEY if you want me to let you cum. And only when I see how much you've sent, will I assess whether you've made a sufficient effort and whether, as a result, you should be allowed to orgasm.

Ariel Anderssen makes her grand return to Bastinado Alternatives for this suspenseful sequel to "The Bad Nurse" series that starred Sarah Brooke. Ariel portrays a Doctor that previously worked at the same institution that nurse Sarah worked at. Ariel now finds herself in the clutches of a former patient, Alan Bastinado that is out to get even with the workers that punished him.

For Part 4, Ariel is still in straight jacket bound to a couch and gagged. Alan is no longer interested in her talking as her interrogation continues. He is more interested in punishing in her soles. The dreaded pump-gag gets pumped up to its max to quiet her down as the intensity of the punishment for her soles increases. Ariel's soles are punished with more roasting, bastinado, and tickling. Will Alan ever take the pump-gag out of Ariel's mouth to give her a chance to talk or will her soles continue to be punished?!

Ariel Anderssen and Sarah Wild run a confidential maid agency for high profile millionaire customers, and this customer has specifically asked for the two of them to come out to a remote house to give the place a deep clean. Ariel is dressed in a white blouse and satin black pencil skirt with a maid's apron on; Sarah has gone for the full French Maid's uniform. They arrive at the house a bit puzzled- there doesn't seem to be anyone living there. Maybe it is a holiday home? They knock on the door and are horrified to be met by - themselves!

The sinister robot doubles drag the girls into the sinister house and silence them with tape gags, tying them tight to a table. The robots inform the two that they are surplus to requirement - and that THEY will be taking over! Imagine all the corporate secrets they can steal! Ariel and Sarah are left barefoot and bound - the robots have taken their shoes so that even if they do escape the ropes, they will have a long and painful walk back along the gravel farm track and they won't be raising the alarm until it is far too late!

Beautiful Tall Blonde Businesswoman Ariel is away on a course and is in her room when she hears a knock at the door.
When she answers the door there is a guy in a hotel uniform with a covered tray in his hands so she lets him in as she didn’t order any room service but she is pretty excited to see what it is .? Alas it’s not what she thinks as he pushes her back onto the bed and hand gags her; she is reeling as the hand is firmly clamped over her mouth, what he is going to do with me!
We return a short while later to see her trying to find out what’s keeping her hands behind her back but she soon realizes that he has handcuffed her but she pulls at her legs and finds out that her ankles are in legcuffs and she can’t get out.
Oh No I am going to scream for help but nothing happens as he has gagged her with a piece of cloth and it’s tied tightly between her teeth. So here she is handcuffed and gagged and going nowhere.
She is rolling around in her cuffs and struggling like mad but what is he doing, he looks at her bare feet and starts to tickle her feet!
She giggles as she can’t cope with her feet being tickled.
But she is moving too much and he quickly locks her hands and legs together hog cuffing her, he loves her bare feet and painted toes so much and just can’t take his eyes off them.
She wriggles around the bed with the cuffs firmly locked on and she isn’t going to free herself.
He continues to tickle her and he throws the keys on the bed but he then snatches them back. This is too much so then he decides it will be funny to leave her hogcuffed on her own with no way out!

Darling do be quiet or I'll have to gag you! Actually, I'm going to do that anyway. You don't seem to understand that now my dear husband has passed away, I'm in charge around here, and I want you bound and gagged just like this so that I can HEAR MYSELF THINK for heaven's sake! I want to explain exactly what I'm going to do with you, while I keep you out of site for 6 months in order to claim the inheritance. I could just keep you gagged with my panties and a roll of tape, and bound with ropes the way you're tied now, but I've decided to keep you as a lady's maid instead. Obviously you'll have to be kept in cuffs and chains, but I think you'd look splendid in a little maid's outfit - I've ordered one for you already! I'm deciding on some other things, whether to keep you diapered or in chastity, or both, for example. But one thing I'm sure of is that I'm going to use you while you're under my control. A good lady's maid ALWAYS sexually services her mistress when it's required, and you're going to be no exception! I could actually sit on your face right now, or call my friends and have you service them. Gosh, SO MANY possibilities!

I've been shooting a custom video which involved me having the word SLUT written on my forehead in lipstick, as well as wearing a butt plug and nipple clamps. The video was 45 minutes long, and by the time I finished filming it, I was VERY READY for an orgasm. So ready, in fact, that this happened ? Don't ever tell me I don't show you the real me ?

Ariel was deeply in love with her new boyfriend, and thought she’d finally found the right man. Sure, he seemed a little...odd, unfamiliar with customs, certain idiosyncrasies of language, a total lack of knowledge of pop culture, but those qualities simply made him all the more endearing to her. When he nervously told her the reasons why, she was gobsmacked. He was an alien, from another world! At first she didn’t believe him, confident he was setting her up for some delightfully kinky role play game. After all, why else would he be so nervous? But he persisted with his story, telling her how much he wanted her to travel with him to another galaxy to meet his parents. Curious at just how far he’d take the game (and just what sort of kink he had in mind), she agreed to journey with him. When he pulled out his laser ray and pointed it at her, she laughed out loud, but when the strange beam shot out and engulfed her, her laughter turned to muffled shouts of surprise: The laser ray had transformed her into a helpless mummified parcel! Barely able to move, she writhed and squirmed, screaming for help as the truth dawned on her: He really was an alien, and she was soon to be spirited away, never to see Earth again! The wrappings were so tight she could barely move, and her cocoon turned out to be a most effective prison! There would be no escape! He looked lovingly at her as he explained that when she arrived on his planet, she’d be kept just as she now was, wrapped and left in storage in a medical facility to ensure she was not transmitting any viruses that could decimate his planet! It would take about a year to be sure, but he’d visit her regularly!

You have sent me a beautiful silk dress that I like VERY much, so I've teamed it with the high heeled sandals I know you love, and have decided to let you stroke your cock as you feast your eyes on me. I even help you along, telling you to stroke in time with me as I perform a jerk-off motion on one of my high heels. I hope you REALLY enjoy your orgasm, because I have a feeling I'm going to have to become VERY strict with you in the future in order to ensure that I train you to be properly obedient.
