Lucy goes to a clinic because of a pain that has been tormenting her for days. The doctor examines the girl's abdomen. She realizes the situation may be more serious than expected and decides to continue with more in-depth tests. She attaches electrodes to Lucy's chest to monitor her cardiac activity and continues with abdominal examinations. After several minutes of palpation, she leaves the room to order more tests. Lucy begins to experience increasingly severe pain, her vision becomes blurry, and she struggles to breathe. She doesn't have time to realize the situation is becoming critical. The doctor returns and must immediately assist the girl. Realizing she isn't breathing, she begins MTM, continuing with chest compressions. Then she restarts the CPR cycles. After several cycles, she charges the defibrillator, removes Lucy's bra, places the paddles, and proceeds with the first shocks. After several attempts, the girl recovers.

Only after several minutes does her heart start beating again. But the relief is short-lived; shortly after, her heart stops and this time goes directly into asystole. Compressions resume, as do the AMBU bags. Finally, the monitor registers a shockable heart rhythm, and several shocks can be delivered. Lucy's body is shaken several times, and finally, her heart returns to its regular rhythm. She recovers.

Lucy had a swimming accident and is now in the emergency room. Her pulse is rapid and her heartbeat is irregular. The doctors have already administered oxygen, but it's not enough. They decide to help her breathe with AMBU. However, her heart fails, and she goes into cardiac arrest. Her swimsuit top is removed and CPR begins with chest compressions and AMBU bagging. After several cycles, they decide to use the defibrillator, and Lucy's body jerks with each shock. A Guedel valve is inserted to protect her airway. She cleans her and helps her breathe with the AMBU, but it's not enough. She tries to insert the Guedel valve, but her heart begins to beat irregularly. Several shocks ripple through the girl's body. Her heart stops. The nurse begins CPR, chest compressions, and MTM. After several cycles, she completely undresses the girl and continues with CPR. Lucy doesn't recover, the CPR board is placed under her back, the endotracheal tube is in place. The AED is placed on Lucy's chest and the shocks are delivered automatically, hoping that her heart will return to a regular beat, while the nurse helps her breathe with the AMBU. Eventually, the nurse gives up and leaves Lucy alone on the floor, while the AED continues to deliver its shocks automatically. The girl, however, recovers.

In this special edition of Bad Game, Lucy finds herself tied up on a massage table with Evelyn who decides to play with her. They both have red suits. Evelyn uncovers Lucy's chest and starts to discharge with the defibrillator. The shocks are all very light, nothing to worry about for the girl's heart. After several times, the shock becomes particularly strong. So Lucy's heart stops. Evelyn then begins the resuscitation maneuvers, CPR, chest compressions and MTM. After a few cycles and a few more shocks, Lucy recovers. So the game can continue. Evelyn goes on, continues with the shocks, even on the feet and hands, but when the last one increases the intensity, Lucy's heart stops for the second time. This time Evelyn needs help because Lucy doesn't recover. So a second rescuer arrives and they begin the other cycles of CPR, MTM and numerous shocks with the defibrillator. In the end Lucy recovers again.

It seems that there is no solution to bring her heart back to its normal rhythm except to subject her to a cardioversion. It is decided to intubate the girl, the endotracheal tube is placed. CPR continues as well as defibrillation. After numerous attempts the girl recovers.

The new model Lucy is with her friend Evelyn. They talk on the couch, until Laucy starts to feel sick, coughs, feels a pain in her chest and struggles to breathe. Evelyn helps her on the floor. She starts CPR with MTM and chest compressions. The rescuer takes the AED that she always has at home, uncovers her friend's chest, positions the pads and releases the first shock, but gets no results. The AED continues to give her instructions, resumes chest compressions and MTM. Once again the defibrillator orders her to stop, analyzes Lucy's heartbeat and gives a second shock. CPR resumes and continues for several more minutes. Fortunately, after the last shock, Lucy's heart starts beating regularly again and the girl recovers.
