Well, this is a day I never saw coming. My shy, real-life scientist friend Harper is back to be tickled for the 3rd time? I never thought she’d let me do it once! When I tell you that Harper is the least likely tickle model ever, I’m not embellishing at all.

Harper is one of the sweetest people I know. But she’s also incredibly shy, soft-spoken, and modest. Or at least that’s what I’ve been assuming all these years!

But, you know what they say about the quiet ones!

Harper is very curious and analytical in everything she does, which is why she is great at her job. Her curiosity about my love for tickling, along with wondering how she would respond to being tickled, is what first sparked her interest. I was certain she was a one-and-done model. But she enjoyed it so much that she came back again!

A lot of you have been asking me to try and get her to come back for another tickle session. When I told her she was in high demand, she was surprised but so flattered she agreed to do another session!

Since this was Harper's 3rd time being tickled, I had to push her boundaries just a little.

My 1st request was for Harper to wear a bikini. Funny enough, this was probably the riskiest request; I made it clear that it needed to be a two-piece bikini. For some reason, I had the vision of the sweet, innocent Harper showing up in a one-piece swimsuit.

This was my first time seeing Harper with so little clothing on, and I was not disappointed, and you won’t be either; she is one of those girls who is hiding an incredibly fit body under all her clothing.

The 1st part of her tickling is standard; what she’s done before, I have to break her in slowly. Toe-tied and in stocks. Now, Harper is not a loud, thrash-around type of ticklee. She is a shy, quiet, giggler with genuine reactions. One of the funniest things she does is commentate and analyze the tickling as it’s happening; you just can’t take the scientist out of her!

After I warm her up with some basic foot tickling, I have her put on a blind fold. Harper was very curious to try this since I told her it might make her more ticklish. She went into a long monologue about how dimming one of the senses can heighten another. I was just interested in getting back to tickling her beautiful soles!

After her blindfolded foot tickling, we moved on to Harper’s upper body. This is new ground for both of us. Harper had no idea how ticklish she was on her upper body, and I was excited to test her out! She is lying flat on her back, strapped down for this part. Her reactions to having her upper body tickled are a mix of surprise and laughter. The best part is it was clear she was trying to act like she wasn’t ticklish, but couldn’t help but laugh. The upper body is something I’m going to have to “research” further on Harper because I think it might be a goldmine!

The best part is Harper is open to doing more tickle sessions now. She frames it as a good way to relieve stress. But I think she secretly wants to be a tickle toy!

Like, you’ll be eating chips, and suddenly she’s explaining the molecular difference between sea salt and table salt. She’s reserved, booksmart, endlessly curious, and somehow still manages to have this cute, bubbly energy about her.

She works in the STEM field and carries the curiosity of a scientist with her everywhere she goes. Her first foray into being tickled was just because she wanted to see how ticklish she was and how she would react.

It’s been around 9 months since her first time being tickled. I really thought she would be a one-and-done model. I brought up the idea of seeing if she’s become more or less ticklish over that period of time, along with seeing how her upper body compares. Harper thought that was a very interesting idea, and she was back in my stocks again!

Harper’s approach to being tickled is different than any other woman I’ve tickled. She does it out of pure curiosity. It’s fun watching her get tickled, and then she gives her commentary on how it feels, where it tickled the most, and what she finds interesting about the experience. She even watches herself intently on a monitor I have as she gets tickled.

We start by revisiting Harper’s ticklish soles. Her toes were tied and soles oiled up. Harper’s reaction goes from giggles to laughs, depending on the area I tickle and what technique I use. Harper, like most, has a specific area on her feet that gets the best reaction.

Once I’ve completed our research on Harper’s soles, we move to her upper body. This is the 1st time Harper has been tickled on her armpits, ribs, and stomach. She doesn’t know how ticklish she is in these areas, but is interested to find out.

I’m pleased to say that Harper has a very positive ticklish reaction to her upper body tickling! She is surprised by just how ticklish she is. I could have really taken it to an extreme level of tickling, but I didn’t want to scare her away. I want her to come back for more tickling, she’s just way too adorable!

One day, she casually said, “I know you like to tickle people... but I honestly don’t know how I’d react. I think it’s only happened to me once in my life.”

I couldn't believe that she's only been tickled once in her life.

She just shrugged with her little scientist smile and said, “Guess we’ll have to test it.”

Boom. That’s how I found myself running the very first Harper Tickle Experiment. For science, of course.

Harper was very interested in my stocks, or tickle device, as she called it. She asked me many questions about it before I was able to get her ankles locked in and her toes tied.

When I started with her feet, she was analyzing. Her eyes narrowed a little, she tilted her head, and I could almost see the gears turning as if she was mentally cataloging sensations: Pressure applied on the sole s. Stimulus triggers micro spasms. Interesting.

But then I hit a sweet spot. With the right tool and technique. For Harper, it’s oiled soles, a firm circular motion using a brush. This is her tickle trigger.

She let out this sudden burst of laughter, caught completely off guard.

Turns out, Harper’s got some very ticklish weak points. And once I found them, she couldn’t keep her little scientific composure anymore.

Harper isn’t unbearably ticklish, but she’s the type of woman that you can tickle for hours, and she won’t ask you to stop. She’ll just smile, laugh, and have a lot of fun.
