Nurse Harlow Wilde panics when their patient suddenly shrinks to doll size, swimming in his oversized gown. Dr. Constance arrives and begins examining him, checking temperature, pulse, and reactions at his tiny scale. Amused by how small and fragile he is, they lift and turn him like a toy while assessing “response to contact.” The doctor presses him between her giant boobies to test pressure response, while Harlow strips down completely naked, revealing her enormous titties and smothers him under them for comparison. Constance then pins him beneath her massive ass, observing how much weight he can take, and the two take turns trapping him under their feet and toes as part of the “evaluation.” Finally, Harlow sits on his tiny face with her clit right on his nose as she grinds herself on the teeny man while moaning endlessly. Once satisfied, they redress, tuck the miniature patient into his medical gown, and note that he’ll need more testing later.
