Leck the Cheesy Sweat off My Bare Feet and my Birkenstock Slippers - Mistress Lola

"It’s time, slave. For you. And for me.

I’m tired. It was a long warehouse day. My feet are steaming even though I wore open slippers the whole time. These old Birkenstock slides. On the insoles you can already see the black outline of my feet. Years of foot sweat are stuck there. Thick. Warm. Unmistakable.

I sit down in the armchair and put my legs up. Come. Crawl to my feet.

First you get to lick my Birkenstock slides. The outsole. Then the insoles. That film of old foot sweat that has built up there over the years. Lick it all off. Every groove. Every stain. Nothing stays behind.

After that you take care of my bare feet. Today you will lick the cheesy sweat out from between my toes with your tongue. Thoroughly. Slowly. And you wipe my bare soles clean with your tongue.

Lick my cheesy feet clean, slave. After this long day. Now."

Lick the Cheesy Sweaty Mix Off my Bare Feet - Mistress Lola

Milf Mistress Lola:

"So, my little foot-licker. I’ve got something tasty for you — or rather something properly filthy, you sweat-lover.

My bare, cheesy soles were in these old pink Adilettes until just now. On my feet all day. Warm. Damp. No air. The slides are soaked through. The insoles still hold years of foot sweat — a yellowish, sticky film, old, sour, baked into the foam.

Now my fresh, cheesy sweat has mixed with that old layer. Warm, smeary, sharp. A thick, wet blend of today’s sweat and everything these Adilettes have swallowed over the years. That’s your meal, toe-licker.

Come here. Bare soles first. Lick them clean. The sweat film, the heat between the toes, the cheesy coating under the balls of my feet. Don’t just nibble — lick until the soles shine and you can taste how long I was in them.

Then the insoles of the old pink Adilettes. That’s where the rest lives. Sticky. Old. A little whitish, a little yellow, soaked for years. Lick both. First my bare soles, then the wet, stinking lining of the slides. Back and forth. Compare the taste.

You’ll recognize it: salty, cheesy, sour, warm — bare sole and filthy Adilette in one.

No gagging. No turning away. Tongue out, mouth open. You lick until I say you’re done.

My bare soles. My old pink Adilettes. Your mouth. Start"

Cheesy Feet for my Slave After 6 Hours Kitchen Work - MILF Mistress Lola

"After a long day in the kitchen, the slave finally gets what he’s there for. Six hours of housework behind me. Hot, exhausting, no break. My feet are tired, damp, and cheesy. All day the smell has been collecting inside my Birkenstock slippers. Now I want to rest — and you’re already lying ready.

You’re not just my slave. You’re my living doormat. On the cold kitchen floor, face up, waiting for my soles.

First the slippers. I sit down, lift one foot, and press the dirty, stinking sole straight onto your tongue. “Lick. From underneath. Thoroughly.” Your tongue works over the worn-out sole, pulling out every stain, every taste. Then the insole. Warm, damp, strong. You suck the foot smell out of the footbed like it’s a reward.

Only after that do I take the slippers off. My bare kitchen feet come into view — warm, cheesy, a little sweaty between the toes. I rub them slowly through your slave face. Across your forehead, nose, mouth, cheeks. Your face should smell like my feet. Intense. Unmistakable.

“Now the bare soles. Lick the foot sweat off. Especially between the toes.”

Your tongue becomes the rag. You wipe my Birkenstock slippers and my cheesy feet clean. Not a drop left behind. That’s your housework."

Go on, slave. Do it.

Dust, Sweat, Foot Dirt from the Birkenstocks – Then You Get My Cheesy Soles

Mistress Lola: "Look at me. I know exactly how badly you want my cheesy feet. After a long day at work and then more hours in the kitchen. My family is taken care of. Now it’s your turn.

But not so fast. Before you get to lick my sweaty, cheesy soles... before your tongue is allowed to clean between my toes... you will lick my old Birkenstock slippers clean first.

Start with the bottoms. Lick the dust off. The dust of my entire day is stuck to those soles. Every step. Every hour. Take it with your tongue.

Then the insides. Over the years my footprints have pressed deep into the footbeds. Lots of foot sweat. Lots of foot dirt. That’s going to taste good to you. Lick every bit of it out.

Only when those slippers are clean do you get my bare, cheesy feet. I’m sweating. I want to relax. You lick that cheesy scent off my soles and out from between my toes.

Slow. Thorough. You don’t stop until I say so.

Understood?

Then start."

Lick My Dirty Cheesy Adilettes Clean for a Reward - MILF Mistress Lola

"Well, foot licker.

Look at you. Already on the floor. Dirty knees, mouth open, eyes on my feet. Are you submissive enough to lick everything I put in front of you... just for one reward? One pass of your tongue across each of my naked, cheesy, wet soles.

I’m coming out of the kitchen. Eight hours on my feet. Cooking, cleaning, taking care of my family. No break. The whole time in my old pink plastic Adilettes. Cheap. Worn. Warm from my feet. My soles are disgusting. Hot. Damp. Soft. They’ve been sweating in these sliders all day until the sweat sat in the insole.

You want that sweat? You want my bare soles? Then you earn them first.

First you lick my old, filthy Adilettes clean.

Turn them over. The bottom. The dirty outsole. Street dust, kitchen floor, the dirt of the whole house stuck there. Lick it off. Every groove. Every edge.

Then the inside. That nasty insole, sticky with sweat and grime. Months of foot sweat baked into the plastic. Maybe years. The smell sits deep. Smell it. Hold it to your face. Inhale. Slow. Then your tongue. From heel to toe. Into every wet, slimy groove. Left. Right. Both sliders.

I want you to fall in love with these cheap pink plastic sliders. Not with my pretty feet first. With these. The worn plastic. The sour, cheesy scent. The dirt.

Lick them clean. Outside and in. No talking back.

Only when I’m satisfied do you get your reward: one lick across each of my naked, damp soles. That’s all. One stroke per sole. Then take your tongue away and thank me.

Start. The Adilette. Now. In your mouth."

Mistress Lola’s Stinky Feet Punishment

MILF Mistress Lola, the housewife, is furious. After a long day she has kept the apartment clean — unlike the slave. He failed to put the place in order as ordered. Now he lies on his back on the floor, ready for his punishment.

She stands over him. After a full day as a housewife her feet reek strongly of cheese. The smell hits him in the face the moment she plants the first foot on him. She steps down hard, flattening his face against the floor. He groans, but she does not ease up. “Lick,” she commands. His tongue comes out. He has to massage her cheesy, stinking soles intensely, working over every crease, every drop of sweat and the heavy odor with his tongue. She uses his tongue like a cleaning rag, rubbing the damp, stinking soles slowly across his lips and teeth.

Again and again she lifts her foot and stomps back onto his face. The pressure increases. His face is pressed even flatter. His tongue keeps working, sucking, licking, polishing the cheesy soles. Lola watches him coldly and enjoys the humiliation and his disgust.

Then she sits on his stomach. Her weight pins him down. She stretches her still strongly smelling feet toward him. “Now you massage them properly. As compensation.” His hands and his tongue have to knead, lick and worship her feet until she is satisfied.
