On his knees in the middle of prayer, church priest Emilio Mazote gets interrupted by Tanya Virago, an unnerved woman seeking guidance and wishing to make a confession. The pair take their positions within the booth and Emilio lends his ear to Tanya.

She confesses that she has recently been experiencing a scarily frequent amount of dark thoughts in her head, so much that it’s almost like another person is messing with her mind. These thoughts have escalated into committing heinous acts she doesn’t even remember doing.

Emilio tries his best to comfort the terrified woman, attempting to have Tanya confront these dark thoughts here and now. His advice takes a turn for the worse when Tanya gets consumed by a supernatural entity, turning the frightened woman into a demonic futa that sets its sinful eyes on Emilio, craving his body for mortal pleasure

Emilio Mazote is lost in the jungle. Alone, thirsty and with no bearings, Emilio treks through the never-ending rainforest with an unknown entity lurking in the shadows. To his surprise, he finds an isolated cabin with no one inside.

Having food, water and shelter at his disposal, all Emilio needs to do is sit and wait for rescue. As he tries to get comfortable, Emilio notices an old book left on the floor. Curious by the book’s contents, Emilio opens the pages, finding illustrations of an ancient evil within the forest.

Reading the pages of the book alone draws the evil to the cabin, penetrating its walls and slithering towards Emilio. Before he can even react, the unfortunate explorer is in its clutches, pummelled and tormented for the ancient spirit’s sick entertainment.
