Sarah goes to the gynecologist and is told to strip down to her underwear, then is strapped to the gyno chair with cold hard steel of the cuffs as well as straps keeping her firmly in place. The doctor then proceeds to check her response to sensations through a series of tickle treatments, using a variety of tools to ensure she has a proper response.

Sarah undergoes tickle torment on a St. Andrew's cross at the hands of hands, feathers, combs, hair brushes, paint brushes, electric flosser, and an electric tooth brush, getting her feet, armpits, and belly tickled.
