Kate and Blue are in a hurry to reach the bathroom, but when they arrive home, they find that neither of them has a key to open the door. They are both bursting for a pee and can't hold it much longer. Kate declares that she has to go and is about to pull her jeans down when she notices the neighbor mowing his lawn. He waves to her and she waves back, suddenly realizing that she can't pull her jeans down and pop a squat after all. Suddenly, Blue loses control and starts to wet her jeans. This triggers Kate who completely loses control and pisses herself too. The video concludes with some minutes of behind the scenes.

Kate and Blue each have the power to control when the other girl pees. They are both desperate to go and are squirming around, struggling with full bladders. When they do get permission to pee from their opponent, they are only permitted to release a little into a tiny cup, before cutting off the flow and holding the rest, despite a powerful urge to release the rest. The girls have fun withholding permission from one another, even though they know they themselves will have to wait longer as a result. It certainly is a test of friendship when permission is withheld repeatedly, especially when the bladder is nearly bursting.
