The Hunter once again has his attractive soccer step-mom neighbor Raquel in his basement lair. He pulls her in by the hair with her arms strictly bound behind her back at wrists and elbows. Strips of duct tape seal her mouth and stifle her cries. He begins her torment by attaching a rope to her bound elbows and hoist them up high behind her back. Raquel is allowed to struggle while he prepares the rest of his ropes. When he returns to her he ties a rope to her left booted ankle and lifts her foot off the floor, he pushes the rope from her ankle through a pulley and hoists her leg high in the air above her head stretching her leg up, her skirt rides high up her hips exposing her satin panty covered crotch. But he isn't finished with his play toy, as he weaves the ankle hoist rope to the eye bolt above her head and snakes the rope to her bound wrists and hoists them up into a strict strappado. The poor wench is completely off balance with just on high heeled foot barely on the floor to relieve the strain on her shoulders and leg. He leaves the hapless wench alone there begging for mercy as she tries to position herself into a less stressed position.

Raquel moans and cries unable to move as the Hunter walks off leaving the pitiful wench alone in her misery to think about being more civil.
