My exercise regime is feared by My slaves. They know that they cannot keep up with Me and that I become stronger, fitter and more superior compared with them as a result. When I return from a run or the gym, I expect a slave to be awaiting My arrival, ready to serve Me as I see fit. Today I smile as I find My naked slave, on his knees where I left him.

I question the sub to ensure that his thoughts are exactly where I directed them to be, and this boy does not disappoint. For My sub has been awaiting “My sweaty ass” and My feet which will be used to smother the submissive. I have the slave lower himself physically to kiss My trainers, even as I elevate his status to that of a lowly shoe kisser. My boy is keen; he worships the trainers with loud kisses spread widely over the surface of My footwear.

I watch the slave, having him kiss the shoes even harder, all over with proper fervour. Once I am satisfied, I have the sub take My trainers off, letting My post workout hot, sweaty feet out. The slave fumbles nervously with My laces and I insist on being served with his full, direct attention. The focused slave becomes useful and, as he serves properly, his little cock twitches for Me.

I have the slave lie down, no doubt preparing to worship My feet. Only I have different plans and sit directly on his face. I am generous sitting front on and then turning around, scenting My slave fully. What a combination of scents for one slave to absorb and process! I wiggle My ass as the slave attempts to speak, his muffled words reflecting what I want to hear from this wretch. I empty My saliva into the slave’s mouth “Take it all!” and then bounce My ass up and down on the fortunate slave’s face.

I feel My boy suffering, desperate for breath as I spit on his pathetic cock. I get really comfortable this time as the slave thrashes about beneath Me. I hear his cries fade as his legs cycle back and forth beneath Me. I know that My slave is feeling the effects of My hot sweat on his face. As I ease up and away for a moment the slave’s gasps are frantic, hurried and frenzied. What a predicament, My boy desires to remain underneath My ass for the rest of the day and yet, he needs to breathe in order to be My smothered possession for another moment!

I reassert My, sexily cheeky, dominance; I pin the slave down with My ass and enjoy his squirming. I take pleasure in making the slave’s service difficult and he thanks Me as My buttocks descend once more, blocking out his light, his air and his thoughts from anything but Me! I change My position and place My hot socks onto the sub’s face, a face that I control. As I do so I crush the slave’s pathetic cock beneath My ass.

I manoeuvre My feet, having the slave sniff, kiss and sniff My socks. Then I place My bare, sweaty, feet all over the sub’s face, what bliss! The slave’s lusty moans are a tribute to his submission; the need that he feels and that I dictate the answers to. I turn the slave’s face from side to side, playing with his features and reddening his visage.

The slave sniffs for all he is worth, the sweaty scent driving him wild. I stand and crush his balls beneath My sweaty toes, My gorgeous red pedicure set off beautifully by the slave’s squashed nuts. I overload My boy by smothering him once more, taking his breath away for longer still, and his ragged intakes of breath are now noticeably louder and more desperate.

What a good boy, totally denied yet favoured. I laugh at his surrender; My control is total. Even the air that sustains the slave is mine to govern. I have My boy kiss My feet in thanks before kneeling before Me, he now has a pile of housework tasks to do!

Mistress Tainted and I have been working out hard at the gym; whilst away we left our usually obedient slave with a list of chores to tend to in the chambers however upon our return we find that none have been completed and instead of cleaning, our slave has been masturbating!

Taking it upon himself to remove his chastity cage Squishy Sax surely knew that punishment would be awaiting him from his strict and merciless dominants.

I start by giving our sorry slave a stern dressing down, removing his ego just like he removed our cage. I scold him for not doing as we asked before kicking him hard in the balls with my gym trainers. Tainted takes pleasure in stomping on Squishy's ball with her Nike trainers, tormenting and humiliating him as she does. Our slave screams and whimpers, his cries only spring us on for harder punishment.

After a few moments Mistress Tainted spots a trail of pre-cum dribbling from our slaves cock, she is furious and decides to well and truly ruin his balls. With his cock and balls well and truly taken care of, I beat and bust our slaves skinny body. I cruelly kick him until he is red and tender all over.

Beije-as!"

Eu faço o Meu garoto beijar todo o caminho pelas Minhas longas, longas pernas cobertas pelas botas.

Agora o escravo é operado pelas Minhas ordens!

Hoje, garoto sortudo, Eu dou a autorização e o garoto suspirando e ofegante agradece-Me enquanto explode.

Slave P is restrained tightly to the bondage board in the middle of my chambers, the sound of my Pleaser platform boots echo around the room. We both know he is here for only one purpose today, he is here for my pleasure.

Seeing as I am wearing such stunning super high boots it would be a shame not to put them to use, I adore watching P suffer and squirm beneath me, after all. I step onto his chest and test the pressure of the heels and soles against his skin. I rub the heel and soles against his chest a little harder as he squirms and struggles to contain himself. Slave P is beginning to realise just how cruel my boots can be... I instruct my slave to lick my boots, encouraging him to turn his head as far as he can to worship them to my satisfaction. After he manages a few licks I continue the painful trample torment taking great pleasure in digging my heel into his vulnerable balls. He continues to squirm and I grab the base of his ballsack in my hand, squeezing tightly as I explain that his balls are mine to do with as I please.

Bright red marks begin appearing on my slaves skin from the rough sole and sharp heel of my patent boots. He groans and twists his body when the sole of my boot presses into his cock, toying with his vulnerable appendage. The harder he struggles, the harder I press my boot into him. I sit on the floor in front of him and instruct him to open his legs; both of my boots press hard into his cock and balls and he writhes around in torment. We need to build his pain tolerance, so I continue to press into his balls whilst I enjoy his pathetic cries in agony. I move to behind his head and trample the side of his face, pressing his head against the floor. He can’t escape this torment and there is no mercy in here...

Slave P begs me to stop but we are not finished yet. I order him to worship my boots as I tower over him; he twists his head as far as he can so that his tongue makes contact with the PVC of my boots, moaning as he does it. I find his efforts pathetic, so I make things a little harder for him and instruct him to worship the other boot- which is just out of his reach! He strains his body in an attempt to lick the platform boot, but barely makes contact. His attempts are completely useless and pathetic, unsatisfactory to my cruel desires therefore I decide to ramp up the torment by ensuring his balls and cock are completely ruined...

Slave P will be required to suffer for my amusement, I have a very mean predicament in mind for him. P hates corporal punishment with a passion and has only ever taken one or two hits with the cane. Today, he will take a painful cane punishment on his backside entirely for my sadistic pleasure.

I instruct my slave to lay himself flat on his back, and I remind him that he will take this suffering purely for my own enjoyment. I begin by pressing the heel of my shoe into his flesh- he squirms and breathes heavily under the pressure. I lean against the spanking bench and trample both of my super high stiletto heels into his skinny body, reminding him of his place under my heels as I grind both soles and heels down onto his torso. Bright red marks begin to appear on his skin, I instruct him to stand so I can inspect these marks- these marks are nothing in comparison to what he will endure for me and my cane.

I take my slave’s useless cock in my hand and squeeze, which elicits a theatrical reaction from him as he covers his mouth to try and control himself. As I dig my nails into his very sensitive balls, he fidgets and tries to suppress the urge to scream and shout in pain. I tell him that if he continues squirming, I will cane his cock! I squeeze his balls even harder in my hand, my nails imprinting into his flesh as he begs for me to release him from my cruel grip. I release him and he immediatly sinks to the floor onto his knees, processing the pain I have given him, purely for my enjoyment.

Now that I have warmed him up, I allow him a little encouragement. I hold the cane behind me across my leather clad ass, and instruct him to kiss as he stares intently at the cane. Once I am satisfied with his ass worship, I tell him to bend over the spanking bench with his legs straight and arms low.

He is nervous for what is about to come, and rightly so. This is the most painful punishment slave P has ever endured. I decide on 24 strokes as I line up my cane on his backside, ensuring an accurate aim. As I take the first strike I am impressed with his composure, however the second and third strike elicit a dramatic reaction from him as he twists and tenses his body in sheer agony, touching his bottom with his hand to feel the welts beginning to form.

Slave P drops to the floor on his knees, I remind him that we have a long way to go before I am finished with him. After the fourth strike my slave sinks to the floor again, moaning muffled pleads for me to stop. Four down, twenty to go. He gets over the bench again, and I continue to relentlessly strike his backside with my cane.

As we approach half way he still is struggling immensely to take the strikes, rolling on the floor trying to process the pain given to him. Once he is back in position P manages to stay still enough for me to complete the full set of 24 strokes. The final three strikes are hard and fast, one after the other.

Only once he has suffered to my satisfaction do I allow him to kiss my heels as a reward. He will require further training to improve his endurance and of course, I will take great enjoyment from his suffering along the way...

It is feeding time for slave P, I take great pleasure in varying the methods of delivery for his food and this evening he will be eating every single bit of his dinner and pudding from my feet.

We will start with pizza, and finish with some trifle. I instruct my slave to get up close with the plate of pizza, ready to watch me make a mess and trample all over his food with my feet. P is trembling with anticipation, I dig my toes deep into the pizza and they pick up some sauce and cheese. I push my slave’s head towards my feet to encourage him to eat his dinner straight from my white polished toes. He licks and sucks the food from my toes eagerly. I pick up a slice between my feet, and he takes the slice into his mouth, chewing enthusiastically. I squish my feet into the pizza and make a mess, knowing that my foot slave will willingly lick my feet clean after. I pick up another full slice between my toes and stuff it into his mouth, he gratefully accepts the food from my feet but he must be warned not to bite my toes! Once satisfied he has eaten enough of the pizza, I instruct my slave to clean my feet with his tongue, and since he has made such a mess of the floor, I tell him to lick the crumbs and sauce from the ground too.

It is time for dessert, and I give my slave a choice on how he would prefer to eat the trifle; he chooses to eat it from my toes. I immerse my foot into the trifle, as the jelly squelches my slave breathes heavily with anticipation- eagerly waiting for his chance to worship my cream and custard covered feet. I pull my foot out of the container and it is coated in cream and custard. He slurps and licks his way around my toes, taking every drop of cream and custard from my delicate foot. Some of the trifle has spilt onto the floor, so I press my toes into it and the cream and custard squelch between them. I push his head down towards my foot and he slurps with pure bliss, enjoying the taste of the trifle mixed with the delicious taste of my feet. I tip the jelly portion of the trifle onto the floor and squish my foot directly on top of the mess. My toes are now covered in cream, custard, and jelly, and my lucky slave is licking them clean with gusto. After he has cleaned my feet with his tongue to my satisfaction, I give him the privilege to dry my feet with a towel. He is then left to clean up the messy floor with his tongue and finish his meal.

My domestic servant must always be ready to amuse me: today a harsh trampling will brighten up my busy schedule and deal with the slave entertainingly.

I prepare to take my frustration out on my slave, ordering the loser to the floor: I begin by stepping on his chest in my stunning, high heeled, boots and I dig my heels deep into his feeble flesh mercilessly.

I continue to break him down and increase the strain on my servant, trampling ever more severely, crushing the air from his chest and making him to whimper in worship, discomfort and pain. Ever generous, I turn my attention to the slave's back, bouncing on him and pounding his body; making him please me by taking all of my frustration as I convert it into his pain and my pleasure.

Next, I order the slave to strip, revealing his pathetic cock and balls, more toys for me to play with and crush beneath my beautiful, destructively heeled, boots.

I take great satisfaction in crushing his disgusting maggot cock, before sharing all of the joy with his vulnerable balls. Even then my slave's excitement gives me more leeway to continue the battering and I take time to flatten his balls out fully as he wails in pain and thanks me for my kindnesses.

I finish with my slave kneeling to worship the boots that have devastated his pathetic body, showing his gratitude to me appropriately.

Managing my stable of slaves is never an easy task; I am a merciless mistress and when I set a task to my supposedly eager and dedicated property, I expect it to be completed without delay. Slave S and slave P have been slacking recently, I am disappointed with their efforts and their focus seems to be elsewhere... They need reminding who is the boss here, and that is exactly what I intend to do.

There is no doubt when it comes to the debauched desires of these slaves, they are a pair of self proclaimed bare foot perverts! They enjoy nothing more than watching, sniffing and worshipping perfect feet in beautiful stiletto heels and unfortunately for them, my flawless feet have been a huge distraction from their chores and they have been caught scurrying off to wank in the toilet instead of working hard for me.

One by one, I call them into my chamber. Tired of their constant distraction at my feet I scold them harshly for their lack of self control. It won't stop there.

I call slave P over and have him kneel in front of me. I begin by letting him do exactly what he desires... he gets a close up view of my porcelain skin and perfect pedicure, naturally he begs for more however we both know that isn't why he is here. He is here to take a cruel stiletto trampling as punishment for his perverse behaviour. I lay him on his back and begin digging my sharp heels into his chest and stomach, his skin reddens instantly which only drives my desire for more.

I stand up and sink the heel of my nude sling backs into my now helpless slave. He moans and whimpers in pain however this punishment has been a long time coming. Let's see if a harsh full weight stiletto trampling followed by a relentless bare foot stomping will ensure he keeps his self control in future... Unlikely.

With slave P now bruised, trampled and sore I kick him out and call in slave S; this slave is incredibly compliant, he knows he has done wrong and practically throws himself beneath my stiletto clad feet. Now that I have warmed up on P, S will take a brutal punishment at the mercy of my feet.

I waste no time in dealing out the pain that slave S deserves to take from me. I am disappoint in his behaviour and intend on ensuring he knows it. I march my heels all over his naked torso, ensuring that the heel tips leave small circular marks all over his skin; he seems to be suffering no where near as much as the previous slave, so I focus my sadistic intentions towards his cock and balls whilst intermittently bouncing his head off of the hard floor to really drive home this slaves place beneath my stilettos.

Once satisfied, I take a seat and rest my feet upon my slaves head... I take a final few moments of pleasure at my helpless slaves suffering before kicking him out and reminding them both to never behave in such perverse ways again.

The consequences of a cheeky slap on the backside are much worse than pervert P was expecting; I call him into my private punishment Chambers to teach him a lesson he will never forget.

After ordering him to his knees I offer P a moment to explain his grossly inappropriate behaviour towards me, his boss. He has no explanation, in fact, he doesn’t even bother making up an excuse and instead goes to repeat his prior actions, this time however, he is met with a hard slap across the face and brutal scolding.

I have no business in tolerating his nonsense and waste no time in subjecting him to the harsh treatment that he deserves. My sharp Louboutin heels will make short work of the brutal punishment that I have in mind, ‘Hands out!’.

I begin by grinding the red sole of my ‘So Kate’ Louboutin’s into P’s palms. Crushing his knuckles into the floor I take pleasure in hearing his bones crunch beneath my beautiful shoes. Initially I allow the comfort of a thin rug beneath his hands, however that does not last long, soon his hands are mercilessly trampled into the hard floor below him.

More cruel torments follow - I walk over, pin and stomp on both the tops and palms of my subjects now sore and sorry hands. He will learn to keep them to himself, I will take great sadistic pleasure in ensuring it.

P cries out in pain however there is no getting away, my sharp heel makes sure of that. His pleas for mercy ignored, I continue his mean treatment until I am fully satisfied that his lesson is learned.

Only when his hands are red, bruised and covered in scratches do I consider his punishment over. He won’t be slapping my ass again.

If you piss off the prison warden, you can expect to get punished!

I drag my two unruly prisoners to a secluded part of the prison grounds, making them walk barefoot through the harsh undergrowth before reaching our final destination. In the middle of nowhere, no-one will hear their screams out here.

I order them to the ground and immediately I start dishing out exactly what I brought them here for, they have been causing trouble for weeks; it is about time they get what they deserve. Mean physical punishment is the only method that will do.

My skinny prisoners lie on their backs, bare skin pressed against the rough ground, I intend on ensuring they feel the effects of my punishment for weeks. I stomp, kick and jump on their torsos. The dull thudding of my boot making contact with their chest's echos around the prison walls. After warming up my thick rubber boots, I order the prisoners to spread their legs. They know exactly what is coming, and just how much it will hurt. I stomp down hard on their useless balls, taking it in turns to squash one set of balls then the other. Naturally, they both still remember their manners and thank me. I order prisoner P to his front and kick him all over, I know he will have the most delightful bruises after this!

Standing on their heads, I squash their skulls. My full weight bears down crushing them into the ground. Their throats are squashed beneath my boots and their heads are bounced off rocky ground. I push my filthy boots into their faces and make them lick them clean, no punishment is too cruel.

Once thoroughly trampled, I have prisoner S stand and spread his legs. Taking a run up, I brutally kick my prisoner's pathetic, useless balls. Delivering all of the momentum possible, I relentlessly kick his vulnerable testicles until he falls to the ground. I can see it is agony for him, however it is well deserved.

Prisoner P patiently waits for his punishment: he is ordered to the floor before I trample his throat. Keen to ensure he remembers this punishment for the next week, I do not stop until a perfect imprint is marked into his skin.

It is time for the final round of punishment. I lie the prisoners side by side, their faces just inches from each other. I walk over them, taking steps on their balls, chest and head. The merciless punishment makes the prisoners moan; their screams getting louder, their pain tolerance decreasing.

Finally, I place one boot on each of my prisoners, straddling them, all my weight divided between them, squashing them both. Asserting my full dominance and the power I have over them. I have them where I want them. I own them, and they will learn to behave or face the consequences!

Up next in my clinic: A strength test with a difference.

This unsuspecting male has been sent to me for a medical, his employer seems to be almost as sadistic as me as the list of challenges I am required to subject him to is extensive and brutal.

Upon entering my consultation room, P looks pathetic and weak. He informs me that he does not know anything about the test or what it entails. This poor boy has no idea what he is letting himself in for...

After informing him that the safety of his job relies entirely upon him passing this test, I order him to strip whilst I take great pleasure in his discomfort. Once naked, his eyes stare firmly at the ground. No doubt my sexy formal attire teamed with 'So Kate' Louboutin heels has him feeling more than a little vulnerable in my presence.

I order P to lie on his back and I tease his pathetic little cock with my stiletto heel, crushing it beneath my beautiful shoes brings me great amusement. I begin our strength test by grinding my sharp stiletto heels into his chest, my weak subject instantly squeals and squirms. My stomps to his chest only further his suffering, he writhes around in agony, pleading for the test to stop. Unfortunately for him, I am not here to care.

My next area of testing involves me standing on P's head and neck, judging by his performance in the previous test I am not hopeful he will succeed here. I push my foot down onto the side of his head, bouncing his skull onto the hard floor. I wouldn't let it be known to him, but the repetitive busting of his head and face is such a turn on! Stamping hard on his chest, I ensure his skin matches the scarlet red of my Louboutins soles. I fully crush him under my petite but ruthless feet.

P is ordered to lie on his front. I jump, trample and stomp on his back, ensuring every bit of his flesh has brutal pain inflicted upon it. Again, I place his head under my foot and push down firmly, crushing his skull beneath my feet before standing on his throat and restricting his breath.

I allow a brief moment to kiss the very feet that are testing him so cruelly before ordering him back onto his back.

I dig my stilettos into him once again, his screams echoing through my Chambers. This doesn’t deter me at all, in fact it makes me want to crush him harder.

P's final test of the day is the one I am certain he will struggle with the most: Having his balls crushed beneath my shoes. I position my shiny black patent shoe over his balls and I press down, relishing in sensation of completely crushing his testicles. A few hard kicks to the cock has him hard in no time, naturally the filthy pervert is punished for his inappropriate behaviour in my clinic.

After feeling my stiletto in the side of his head, and gagging on the point of my shoe, I order P to dress himself. I am not quite done with him yet, however. His sweat slicked skin makes it difficult for me to trample him as brutally as I would like. The resistance of his clothes should enable me to complete the test to my satisfaction.

Ordered back to the floor one final time, I crush and trample P's chest. Full weight and wearing my merciless stilettos, the excruciating pain takes his breath away.

His test result is a fail. The verdict: weak and pathetic. Perhaps his employer will send him back to me for further training... I can hope!

Miss Suzanna Maxwell and I have our pathetic slave helplessly scrambling in the mud; we have dragged him outdoors for a merciless beatdown in the dirt. He will suffer for us like never before and we will enjoy grinding his weak body into the ground.

We begin by trampling our helpless slave into the mud with our Hunter wellies. We take turns standing on his back, covering him with filth as we do so. I stamp as Miss Maxwell jumps on out slave meat, he squirms and writhes in pain trying desperately to get away from us. Miss Maxwell pins our slave down by the arms as I bury his pathetic cock in the mud from the sole of my wellie boot until he screams in agony.

As the brutal beat down continues we enjoy kicking, stomping and crushing our slave beneath us, his pain is our pleasure and we thoroughly enjoy watching his body turn pink beneath the mud from the cruel blows from our boots.

I instruct the filthy slave into a nearby mud puddle and we make him roll in it like a pig before pushing his face directly into the dirt and making him eat it. By the time we are satisfied our slave is quivering, cold and brutality beaten we leave him to suffer a little more.
