After a fall at work, Greta finds herself in the cast room her leg encased in a walking cast. After its completed she picks the extra plaster out from between her toes before gimping out to go back home. Its not long before she has to rest and finds a stoop by a tree branch that tickles her exposed casted toes/ She likes the feeling and it gives her a reason to check out her toes more carefully to get rid of whatever excess plaster is still left (nice POV closeups). Ela escolheu uma sapatilha e um vestido muito comprido, que ambos criam problemas para ela enquanto ela manca pelas ruas inclinadas. O salto do gesso é muito desequilibrado e quando ela escolheu o vestido não percebeu que ele interferiria com o gesso e ela precisa usar a mão para levantar o vestido comprido para poder andar mais facilmente. Quando ela chega à loja, o que envolve mais subir e descer escadas. Benetta visita sua amiga no trabalho. Ela ainda está de licença médica com seu pé cronicamente quebrado. Elas saem e descem as escadas, e enquanto estão mancando, decidem parar e mancar de volta pelas escadas para pegar algo antes de mancar para fora novamente. Elas sobem outro monte de escadas para encontrar um lugar para comer seus lanches onde há um close-up prolongado em POV sob o gesso de Benetta mostrando seus dedos do pé longos e bonitos estendidos além do gesso, mexendo, enrolando e abrindo (uma sequência excelente!). Então elas mancam até o local de trabalho da amiga. Muitas mancadas subindo e descendo escadas também neste.

Benetta is gimping with her friend out in public but she's got a pain in her cast foot that's worse than usual. When they walk through an alley with a stone staircase the pain is too great and Benetta has to stop and prop up her cast foot on a rail to check out the problem. After a thorough check of her cast foot she finds the culprit... A stone found its way in her cast foot. Once she digs it out things are better and now the pain is mostly gone as she continues her public gimp. Lots of nice closeups and she moves her exposed foot and wiggles and splays her toes because of the painful stone.

(Inglês) Lucia entra mancando com muletas no escritório no seu primeiro dia de volta após o acidente, com um único salto, com a meia de nylon cortada para acomodar o gesso, e os dedos dos pés expostos. Sua chefe parece solidária enquanto ela conta sua história de azar sobre ter sido engessada e como ela ficará assim por mais três semanas. Ela até permite que ela coloque o pé engessado em cima da mesa porque Lucia diz que isso deixa a perna mais confortável. Mas a chefe também está sobrecarregada e logo ela está ordenando que Lucia traga café e desça as escadas para buscar arquivos. Lucia protesta com sua chefe mais jovem e diz que acabou de explicar como ela precisa pegar leve nas próximas três semanas. A chefe então se sente culpada e começa a se solidarizar sobre sua própria experiência de ter sido engessada, chegando até a puxar uma cadeira ao lado de Lucia, tirar o sapato e mostrar a cicatriz no tornozelo e discutir sua experiência com gesso. Lucia se levanta para sair com muletas, mas decide que é mais inteligente trocar o sapato por um rasteiro se ela vai andar de muletas pelo escritório durante o dia. Então ela sai de muletas para o corredor e para o seu próprio escritório. Muitos ótimos planos de close-up longos dos dedos do pé engessado de Lucia de muitos ângulos neste. 

(Inglês) Benetta está andando de muletas com sua amiga no parque com seu pé continuamente engessado, mas ao longo das semanas parte da placa do dedo do pé caiu como resultado de ter sido descuidada ao enfiá-lo nas escadas. Como resultado, o médico teve que raspar a parte danificada e seus quatro dedos pequenos agora pendem para o lado sem plataforma para descansar. A cada passo doloroso ela sente a borda do gesso enquanto empurra a parte inferior de seus dedos longos. Então ela precisa se sentar para descansar e mexê-los para evitar cãibras. Despite her term cast Benetta is driving to the cafe with her friend for a bite to eat. Fortunately, it's not her driving foot that's casted. Nevertheless, her friend has to help her out of the car. As they walk to the cafe as usual people are staring at her cast and exposed long toes. When they get to the cafe Benetta has trouble getting her cast foot comfortable and both girls check it out, nice Closeups! After lunch Sunny wants to sign Benetta's cast and she reluctantly lets her. Then Sunny takes her leave and Benetta struggles back in her car.

Following her successful resus at the office , Claire is in the ER after a massive heart attack. She is still very weak and gasping poorly for air. The medical team cuts off her dress and places a 12 lead ECG electrodes, O2 mask and IV. Her pulse is about 50, she is very tired and her vitals are not stable. The medical team tries to keep her calm while the examination is going on but suddenly she starts seizing. The med team start CPR immediately with deep and strong chest compressions. Soon they place the CPR board under her and continue the resuscitation procedure. They place green 3M defib pads and the defibrillator is charged, but there is no response following the defib. They continue the resuscitation and a few cycles later Claire’s pulse returns to normal. She starts breathing on her own but her vitals are not stable. She is very tired, unfocused and her breathing is weak. The medical team tries to keep her stable. They place the O2 mask and talk to her but suddenly her eyes spring wide open and her heart flatlines! The med team stars the resuscitation again and preps her for intubation. When the intubation process is completed they continue the CPR, bagging with many defibrillations. Following more cycles of the resus procedure her pulse finally returns to normal. The med team stabilizes her vitals and she is ready to transport to the cath lab. A very strong and realistic clip. Symptoms, deep and strong chest compressions, realistic defibs on totally nude patient! A must see film for all resus fans!

She is still very dizzy and her chest pains are terrible. Her colleague tries to relax her as the parameds arrive. They start to examine her and place an O2 mask onto her face while checking BP and prepping her with a 12 lead ECG for a diagnosis. They place the AED pads with 12 leads onto her chest. As the machine starts, the medical team realizes Claire has had a massive heart attack. They start immediately prepping her for transport to the hospital. Claire's pulse is weak amd they must stabilize her first. Her breathing is very flat and pulse weak and arrhythmic. They try calling to her but she collapses again, and her heart flatlines. The Med nurse starts CPR immediately with deep and strong chest compressions, they ambu bag her too. They use the AED to deliver more shocks but there is no response. They continue the resus procedure on the floor. soon they remove the AED pads and start using the manual defibrillator on her.
