Late On Parade! Featuring Tim World

Once again this private is in trouble and he knows exactly what to except for being late on parade. Instead of an over the knee spanking and being the big lad that he is the officer in charge of discipline decides that this young man goes over the bench. He starts on shorts then underwear then bare. To finish off he gives him some extra with the ping pong paddle.
