New Year's Weigh-In
MP4 (also available in WMV)
I have been so excited to get on the scale and see how I finished off 2018. Before stepping on the scale, I chat about how I feel my gaining has been going since the last time I weighed in. I also make sure to include the numbers from my very first and previous weigh-in ALONG with the new weight I find out about in this video. Did I meet my 2018 goals? and what will my NEW goals be for 2019? Come weigh-in with me and find out.
