The slave’s mouth is hermetically sealed beneath layers of industrial tape, stuck fast against his flesh, leaving only a thin stream of air through his nostrils. Claudia crushes his nose against the sole of her shoe, grinding it in, rubbing it, for him to breathe in the grime and the rancid stench of worn leather.
She lights a cigarette. With her heel, she pierces the tape, opening it just enough to jam the cigarette inside. She grinds it down. The cigarette is ground against his mouth. The tape muffles his moans. Claudia pushes harder, grinding it further, crushing it all the way down until the cigarette is completely flattened.
She tears off the tape. She rams the remains of the crushed cigarette deep into his mouth.
Then she places her foot on his face and orders him to lick the soles of her shoes. He licks the soles the grime, the dust, everything that has accumulated there. Claudia grinds his face against them as one would wipe a doormat; she rubs, presses, drags, and flips him over, reducing him to nothing more than a surface to be cleaned. He is no longer a mouth. He is no longer a man; he has become a veritable human doormat.
