Luna Second Heart Attack (in HD 1920X1080)
Featuring Luna a real heart attack and CA survivor. Following her heart attack Luna is getting better. She is a very heavy smoker, and the doctors warn her she must totally quit smoking -- but she just can't. So a week after her heart attack in the hospital she finds an empty corridor and starts to cop a clandestine smoke. Her heart condition is really bad, and she immediately starts to feel the effects of the cigarette… She starts feeling pain in her arm, and soon her chest too. In the next moment she has another massive heart attack. Two nurses are walking by on their rounds when they spot her. They check her vitals but there is no pulse. They start to resus her on the floor. They do CPR, ambu bagging and use the defibrillator but get no response, now they must transport her to the ER. In ER they start the procedure with help from the nurse. After perform many rounds of CPR and defibrillations on the totally nude, overweight patient. A few minutes later they intubate her and continue resus. Just before they give up, Luna's weak pulse returns to normal. They hook her up to the respirator… Dramatic and realistic resus action. Deep and strong chest compressions, realistic defibrillations!
