Starlight is here to help! When she finds a spandex clad woman bound and gagged, she immediately tries to help. There's just one problem... that's no victim! That's famed villainess Cordelia! She can control ropes with her mind alone, and she can conjure bondage items with a blink!
She quickly summons up a power-dampening collar that shuts down Starlight's power. Then she hand gags the heroine while she figure out her next move. That's not enough, though... Starlight mmmfffss and hmmmfffs too loud for Cordelia to think! She shoves a wad of cloth in Starlight's mouth and duct tapes it up. Then calls out to the rope and delights as sentient ropes tie her victim up!
She takes Starlight to the bedroom and ties her on the bed, allowing her to struggle for a while. She replaces the duct tape with a cleave gag, and she's so satisfied with her work that she decides to rest for a moment. What Cordelia isn't aware of is that she's lost control her magical rope! Before she knows it, she's tied up too! A collar blinks onto her neck, and a cleave gag binds her mouth!
Starlight has nearly gotten free at this point.. but she's not going to free Cordelia. Instead, she strips to a slutty little translucent number and starts to make out with the gagged Cordy!
