In part 8 the level goes much higher. Bootlicker as a doggy has to be on his four paws while Madame is pulling up very high his balls...very painful. But then he has to lie down on his back and Madame is pulling up the balls so high that he only lies on his shoulders and feet - the rest of his body he must stretch up if he don't want to lost his balls..very dangerous.
