The Car Drove Her Crazy SD
Jeanette was very happy in the morning. Today was a perfect day to go to the beach. The sun was bright, the sky was blue, and the weather was warm. She put on her favorite swimsuit, a light robe, and her new flip-flops. She took a big beach bag, smiled, and went down to the parking lot. She got into her car, started the engine, and happily drove to the beach. She was excited about her day. But after a few minutes, something unexpected happened. The engine suddenly stopped in the middle of the road. Jeanette could not believe it. She turned the key again, but the car did not start. She tried again. And again. Nothing happened. Soon she became very angry. She hit the pedals with her feet, held the steering wheel tightly, shouted loudly, and tried again and again to start the car. Every time, the car stayed silent. It was very hot. She felt hotter and hotter. She opened her light robe to cool down a little, but she was still shouting and trying to start the car. Nothing worked. After one last try, Jeanette lost all her patience. She slammed the car door, picked up her beach bag, gave the car one angry look, and walked toward the beach, leaving the car alone on the road.
