Lift and Carry me From Jake to devon
Devon has just started her training, in the very early stages, but wanted to show up how much weight she has lost and how much muscle she is working on having. She does some Fitness Posing at the Beginning and then does some regular push ups and even gets 2 - 1 armed push ups done, Jake comes in and is SO impressed on how much weight she lost and how strong she looks..He asked her if she think she can carry him on her shoulders? Now the stats arent even close. Devon 5'3 112 and Jake is 6'4 250
Devon doesnt even think about it and says ok lets do it. In this Very intense Lift and Carry Video.. Jake is just so impressed the whole time
Lift and Carry moves used on Jake are : Shoulder Carrys( while doing squats and calve raises) OTS carry ( and doing the squats and raises, each move devon does squats and the calve raises) She gives him an Airplane Spin, Piggy back rides, Bearhugs, does pushups while He is sitting on her back, Superman lift, and 3 bodyslams! and After all that
She carrys him on her Shoulders for a 2nd time and does squats and raises! Devon was like the Hulk in this vid! if you like Mixed lift and carrys, this is a great video!
