'spandex gymnastic exercise workout wetting' (AVI)
I wear my snake spandex leggings and a belly free top, have rolled out my gym mat and want to do some exercise. I actually need to pee, but I really want to start my exercise and any further delays are not acceptable. I start with some sit-ups, which make me feel how full my bladder actually is.
I turn around for some doggy position thigh moves, but in combination with my full bladder, they make me fart.. Talking about doggy style. The next exercise looks like a male taking a piss. On all fours, I move one leg outwards and in. While I stretch like that, the first hot stream of piss shoots out with a hissing sound. I could not stop that.
After that, I repeat the movement and also change sides, but every time I lift my leg up, piss comes out. So I turn around again, facing the camera and train my butt. When moving forward, piss streams through my spandex leggings again. I roll back onto my arms and shoulders into a sort of shoulder stand. My legs are up in the air and I exercise when another big fart comes out, followed by more peeing and hissing.
Its so cold that I can see the steam come up from the hot piss. I need to lie on my side/belly for the next exercise, but the mat is so full of pee... oh well. I guess I can't stop now, that would be another unacceptable delay. So I lie down (which makes my top soak up with pee) and do some leg exercise. After that I think I am sweating quite a bit. I smell my bare feet and they do smell like piss and sweat. I get on my knees for another exercise... more training follows in lots of positions and my bladder seems to be restless. Pee is coming out through my leggings in all kinds of different situations. There is no stopping the flooding.
Soon enough I sit in a big puddle of pee and stretch a bit to relax. I come close to my feet and smell them again. They really smell sweaty. After the last exercises I get up close to the camera and try to squeeze out any pee that is left in my bladder. Actually there is still a lot coming out. It's incredible how much there is in there. I can shoot it out so fast that it's coming through the spandex material in full streams.
