Weigh In July 2025
It's been a while since I last weighed in (so much so that my scale is covered in dust). It's a high-tech scale that syncs with an app on my phone that not only tells me my weight, but also my fat percentage and other measurements that let me know just how fat I've gotten. After going over the results with you, I grab the tape measure and measure my chest, upper belly, lower belly, arms and legs. Boy did I put that tape measure to work! It was stretched to the max!
