Breathing in Counts of Five
In this clip, I take five breaths before each breath hold. After I release the breath, I take five recovery breaths, then five more breaths and hold my breath again. My times for each breath hold are recorded, but I get a little woozy doing this, so I may occasionally be a second or two off because my motor control with the timer is kind of off since it's hard to hold your breath for a really long time and also accurately turn the timer on and off (I feel especially light-headed and out of synch with the timer when I exhale and stop the timer).
