Descrição
Charlee and Kristin have Billy right where they want him. They have him bound with his bare feet exposed. They tickle his bare feet and watch him squirm. They tickle up and down his soles, arches and heels. They tickle under his toes and in between his toes. They even tickle on the tops of his toes and discover that he's quite ticklish there. They use they're fingers and finger nails, but they also experiment by tickling his feet with hair brushes, feathers, a comb and an electric toothbrush. To their delight, everything worked splendidly and Billy was tickle quite nicely. Another good clip not to be missed!
