Ever After Therapy - Ava Austen
Ava deceives a tiny patient into coming with his partner to one of his therapy sessions under the excuse of making him more comfortable around someone he trusts. His wife acceedes to join and support him during this session, hoping it'll help him overcome his irrational fear towards regular sized people's mouths.
Ava takes care of them during the meeting, until they "lose consciousness" and suddenly wake up the next morning inside the giant "doctor's" mouth. She spent the night sucking on their "not awake" bodies and woke up to their frantic struggles and muffled screams. She's more than eager to make her patient learn more about his fear, which is more rational than he thought. He shouldn't have trusted her on bringing his partner along. Today he'll watch the love of his life cry for his help but he won't do anything to save her because there's nothing he can do against Ava's monster tongue. He'll simply watch as his giant "doctor" sucks on her body and eventually eats her alive.
Then, once he sees his worst fears come true right before his eyes, Ava will let him live inside her mouth, cleaning her tongue whenever she wakes up or after she eats anything. Her mouth will be his new house, his new office and his new life.
