It's been a bit since I did a nice bloat, so today I'm going to push myself a little! I start off by taking my before measurements and then swallowing EIGHT mentos (my new record!), before chugging two cans of fizzy diet soda (for maximum burps!), the reaction is almost instant and the burps start FLYING! I just keep burping and burping and BURPING, all while my poor belly bloats up right before my eyes, I can actually feel myself getting bigger as the pressure in my gut starts to build! After I polish off both cans of soda and let it settle a bit, I take my after measurements and I'm pleasantly impressed with the multiple inches I was able to gain!
