After months and months of holding back, now that I'm back to gaining, I've been going BANANAS on sugar! I KNOW it's SOO bad for me but my cravings are out of control! I've got two full boxes of snack cakes and I'm going to eat until I ache! I greedily shove cakes in my mouth as quickly as I can, giving my bloating belly plenty of jiggles and slaps in between sugary sweet bites. It doesn't take long for me to realize my eyes were bigger than my belly and soon I'm burpy, bloated and moaning in discomfort. You'd think after years of stuffing myself, I would know my own limits better but I guess all those lost brain cells have been replaced with fat ~
