The trainer guides her through a countdown from 100, her voice growing softer with each number as she drifts further down, her body loosening completely until she enters a programmable state of emptiness.

Once Zara has reached the appropriate depth, the installation of obedience triggers begins. The trainer embeds several magic words that will control her actions when she returns to awareness. There's a trigger that is programmed to instantly drop her back into this deep, empty state of complete relaxation without her realization. The command "freeze" is installed to lock her entire body in place, rendering her motionless like a mannequin or statue, unable to see as time stops around her while remaining completely poseable. Only the word "unfreeze" will release her, with no memory of the frozen time.

To demonstrate the effectiveness of the programming, Zara is brought back to full awareness feeling refreshed and wonderful, with no conscious recollection of what transpired. Mid-conversation, the trainer deploys the "freeze" command, and instantly Zara's body locks solid in her seated position, her eyes open but unseeing, her mouth slightly parted as she remains completely motionless. The trainer moves around her, manipulating her frozen form while she remains stuck, a perfect demonstration of the control now embedded in her subconscious. After holding her in this state for an extended period, he releases her with "unfreeze," and she continues talking as if nothing happened, completely unaware of the time that passed while she was under his control.
