Story Time: Blueberry Inflation (Willy Wonka Inspired)
I settle in and tell the story like a personal confession, sharing how I was selected as an adult volunteer for an early experimental confection project at a private factory. There were three of us, each given a different prototype flavor, all of us confident we could handle whatever happened next. I explain how mine was a rich blueberry variety, while the others chose bright green and soft pink, none of us truly prepared for how intense the effects would be.
As the flavor kicked in, our bodies began to swell and expand far beyond expectations. I describe the strange pressure, the fullness, and the disbelief as we grew larger and rounder by the minute, our skin taking on the color of the gum we had chosen. One of the others could not withstand the process and had to be rushed out when the experiment went wrong. Another was carefully drained of the excess and left shaken by the experience.
When it was my turn, I explain how the technicians intervened just in time, slowly releasing the pressure and saving me from the same fate. I talk about how overwhelming it felt to be that huge, that full, and how the process left a lasting impression on me. I survived, changed, and secretly fascinated by what my body had gone through, knowing I had experienced something rare, extreme, and unforgettable.
