Follow me to the stairs, then watch my shredded sixty year-old calves bulge into hard balls of muscle as I rep them out, getting ready for a very sexy photoshoot. A scene change, and I'm sitting on a bench in the dusty dugout with the early sun making the veins on my feet, ankles, and shins look like nightcrawlers as I tap my feet, waiting for instructions. I stand and turn around so you can see the backs of my calves. The shadows make them look gorgeous, though I do say it myself! When I twist back and forth, the muscles really pop out.
