Capezios, then on the stairstepper
At the end of the Super Sunday shoot, I get my Capezio's on for a real calf blaster on my portable stairstepper. You can see me get fatigued, but gladiatress that I am, after I finish a hard three minutes on the stepper, I get off and rep out my calves. If you like mature moving muscle, and if you like to see veins engorged with effort, you will love this clip!
