Description

I was walking home when I tripped and sprained my ankle. I had a long, painful walk ahead of me, and I had to walk slowly, pushing through the pain and on one leg. Sitting on the bed, I took off my sneakers and sock to examine my foot. I couldn't stand up. I found the bandage I'd been wrapping around my foot. I tried to stand on my injured leg, but I couldn't. My movement was now limited. I hopped to the kitchen for a drink of water, then sat down to rest and relieve the strain on my leg.
