The Muscular Calves Gym Dance
I shot this footage from a wheelchair. Even though I'm injury, the calf footage must continue. Kelly was training calves in the gym. After doing a set of standing calf raises on the hack squat with 600 lbs, she went on a calf posing rampage around the gym. She started flexing her pumped calf muscles and climbing up on the lat pulldown machine anc flexed in different positions on it. Then over to the triceps pulldown machine, back to another lat pulldown machine, back to the floor, then finally on the hack squat machine standing and then seated scissoring her legs while pointing her toes. All of this way caught at different angles in a wheelchair just for you guys. She really put on a show. Not to mention that her calves are bigger than ever before. The session made my jaw drop.
