The have been Shrunk for their Crimes
I'm a Romanian news reporter sent to USA to report on latest development in US high security super-max jails; to save space and cost, they have developed a technology to shrink prisoners so they are less than one inch tall. The life term and row convicted serious criminals, s etc are therefore all shrunk to this tiny size. The prison guards and wardens are all regular sized women and the tiny prisoners are taught to respect worship and fear women as part of their rehabilitation . I start as a serious news reporter, very curious and inquisitive, genuinely amazed at what I see. By the end it is clear I'm enjoying the power and dominance over the prisoners, but still in a controlled way. I'm standing in the exercise yard of the prison. As pretty much all the prisoners are “lifers” or onrow, the female guards can discipline them however they want if they step out of line. So they must obey and show respect at all times. I end up accidentally stepping on some of them as they are so tiny ,so female guards go as far as asking Me to execute some...Oh MY
