I still go into longer and much more intense vortexes with porn and masturbation, but this time acceptance and deep self-love are present. I’ve realized this addiction is only a part of me, not all of me. I’m a complex human being, and while I can’t live without it and can’t suppress it, it no longer defines my entire identity.
