Sexy Mitzy comes home and greets her shrunken step-brother Alex, she asks him how he's doing, commenting on his height being 2-3 inches tall and thanks him for remembering her birthday, with him shrinking and all she is shocked he remembered. But she quickly adds that they are also super stinky, and that she doesn't want to devour him with the smell. Alex insists that he is up to the task, Mitzy tries to deter him by holding him near her foot for a few seconds. To her surprise, Alex outright enjoys the smell! Mitzy can't believe it, he must not be getting a good wiff, she takes her socks off, showing her bare wrinkled soles and Alex is still enjoying it. She tries the other, takes her sock off, and barefoot lets him take another wiff and he still loves the smell. So she takes him up on his offer and uses him every which way to get every single itch she has on both bare feet. She assures him throughout this that it feels great and how much Alex is helping her out. After a few minutes, Mitzy thanks Alex for relieving her itch. She tells him how she is going to take a shower because her feet are still sweaty and have gunk in-between her toes. Mitzy then asks Alex if he needs anything first, and baffled by his response. He wants to try eating her toe jam and licking her foot sweat. When he explains his reasoning that he can't help but wonder if they taste as good as they smell, Mitzy agrees to test this. She places them head first between her toes. Alex gobbles the to jam right up and practically begs for more! After he thoroughly cleans her toes, he goes back down to her soles. After Mitzy tests his licking skills, he basically licks her feet clean! She tells him how incredible it is to have in-between her toes cleaned and the feeling of his tiny tongue on her sweaty wrinkled soles. After Alex's dinner, Mitzy says she can skip the shower now that her feet are all clean! She asks again if he needs anything before she leaves, he says he wants to take a nap in one of her shoes, she laughs and obliges. Places him in one of her shoes she came in wearing, like the great caretaker she is. As Mitzy leaves, she knows that while Alex is a weird step-brother, he is also the worlds best little step-brother
