Description

Kate Austen debuts against Chico Brillo and the first impression includes Kate mocking Chico’s height disadvantage. After the insults, they agree to a pins and submissions match. Kate doesn’t seem too concerned about her opponent when she hurls more name calling Chico’s way before taking his back and putting him in a bodyscissors. Chico quickly taps and Kate follows this by mounting his chest in a pin attempt. He kicks out but soon finds himself in an inverted headscissors. Chico doesn’t want to give her too much of a lead and manages to get on top of Kate. He locks in a rear naked choke but she escapes, and follows up with a grapevine attempt.

Each time it looks like one wrestler is in trouble, they find a way to counter. Eventually Kate traps Chico in a headscissors, nearly KO’ing him but immobilizes him for a 10 count. He’s in trouble as a reverse headscissors comes soon after, then a facesit. Time is running out for Chico-does he have enough in the tank to mount a comeback, or is Kate’s humiliating trash talk sapping his will to fight back?
