Penectomy Procedure
Today's the day of your exploratory surgery. After getting a biopsy on one of your testicles, the incision site became infected. Despite several courses of antibiotics, the infection has persisted and spread. Prior to coming into this surgery, I warned you that a penectomy and castration might result if the damage is bad enough. To calm you and give you the most pleasurable experience despite the stress of the situation, I strip to just my panties, gloves, and surgical mask to perform the procedure. As I look and describe what I'm doing, I notice the infection has spread and the worst case scenario is a reality: I'll have to remove your penis and testicles.
