Nurse Ami Mercury cares for Sprained Ankle
Thank goodness I have a friend like Ami Mercury who's a nurse! I keep spraining my ankle! This time I simply rolled it while I was walking around the mall. I felt and heard the pop, and the pain was instant! (It kinda felt good in a way, but mostly hurt!)
Ami removes the sock on my injured ankle, does some range of motion exercises to see how my mobility is, wraps the ankle in an ace wrap, then gives me care instructions on how to heal for the big triathlon in a few weeks.
