In a stark classroom bathed in the dim light of a rainy afternoon, Michael, a dreamy high school student, is captivated by the muddy boots of his math teacher, Claudia. The worn black leather boots, caked with dried mud from a hike in the countryside, distract his attention from the equations scrawled on the board. Lost in their rough patterns, he completely ignores the lecture. The consequence is swift: his assessment test is a complete failure, with every wrong answer testifying to his distraction. As the other students file out at the end of the class, Claudia, a bossy woman with piercing eyes, snaps at Michael. Furious, she slaps him, calling him a "loser" with biting contempt. "You should have been listening to the lecture instead of staring at my boots!" she exclaims in a tone that mixes anger and mockery. Blushing with embarrassment, Michael mumbles an apology but can't resist a bold remark: "Your boots are dirty, covered in dried mud." A tense silence ensues. Claudia raises an eyebrow, a smirk playing on her lips. "Really? So, tell me, do you like my boots?" she asks provocatively. Taken aback but strangely fascinated, Michael hesitates before murmuring a timid "yes." Without another word, Claudia orders him to lie down beneath the dais of her office, a cramped, dusty space where he is completely confined. A trapdoor opens above his face, revealing his stern expression. She places her filthy boots directly on his face, the cold, rough mud pressing against his skin. "Lick them," she orders, her voice a mixture of authority and sadistic amusement. Resigned, Michael complies, his tongue rubbing against the gritty, earthy texture of the dried mud. As it softens, the mud becomes viscous, oozing onto his face and into his mouth, its bitter taste overwhelming his senses. Yet Michael persists, driven by a strange mixture of fear and submission. Claudia, watching with cold satisfaction, offers him a mocking compliment: “For once, you did well.” In a twist, she awards him an A, not for his math skills, but for his “suck-up test,” a perverse acknowledgment of his complacency in this troubling power relationship.
