CC - The box, disgusting heels and cookie
Then came the turn of the filthy white high heels, their thick leather soles caked with a blackish grime accumulated from weeks of walking. Yet this was only the prelude to her sadistic cruelty. Claudia rummaged through the back of the cupboard and unearthed a piece of chocolate chip cookie, dry, long past its expiration date, dusted with grey powder. She placed her filthy shoe on her slave's face and crushed it hard to help him remove it. He barely had time to groan before she ordered him to lick the sole to thoroughly wet it. She placed the cookie on the grimy floor and crushed it, causing it to collapse under the pressure and Claudia's cruel laughter. She then proceeded to rub her shoe on her faithful slave's tongue.
His tongue scraped the rough leather, laden with urban grime, old sweat, and unidentifiable particles. Each pass left a bitter, grainy, nauseating taste. She used the electric brush and the high-pressure washer. His tongue was scrubbed mercilessly, brushed raw, rinsed by an icy jet that made him tremble and choke. Despite her relentless efforts, the soles remained deeply soiled. So she took the high heels and rubbed them slowly, methodically, all over her face, leaving broad gray and brownish streaks, then repeated the back-and-forth motion, embedding greasy crumbs, moldy sugar, and grime into her skin. The foul mixture soon took its toll. A few minutes later, her stomach churning, her face still smeared with filthy streaks, the slave had to crawl to the toilet, the sour, putrid taste clinging to her palate, unable to hold back the nausea any longer.
