I had always suspected that my neighbour, Jim, was finding excuses to talk to me and that they always complimented on my clothes and attire. When I came home to find him in my bedroom and wearing my white basque, panties, stockings and heels, it confirmed what I had been suspecting, that my neighbour was a sissy.
I would have been happy to have dressed him up is he had asked me, but there must be a penalty for trying to do it behind my back. So, I sat down and ordered them over my knee for a long hard spanking, first over the white panties and then with them pulled down, and on the bare bottom. I scolded them as I spanked them and turned their bottom bright red and sore, telling them that they were going to be my sissy from now on and we would be making their spanking and dressing a regular occurrence. I spanked them hard until their ankles were kicking.
