When watching this video be prepared to watch a real fight between a man and a woman. It was a very competitive match. Both the man and the woman fought to win! The only thing programmed in this video was for the winner to give the loser a rematch. The mature bodybuilder is a woman who likes to compete. Although she never trained in martial arts, she accepted to face a man with experience in jiu-jitsu for a competitive grappling match. Upon accepting the challenge, she revealed that she knows some techniques of jiu-jitsu, but that she trains very little and this could give her male opponent an advantage. However, she believes that the strength and physical conditioning that bodybuilding and arm-wrestling training gives her can favor her and make the match balanced.
