Room Without a View
After hours on the road, every mile had been measured by Rachel’s complaints—too much traffic, too much sun, not enough sun, the hotel looking “nothing like the pictures.” By the time they finally pulled into the resort’s parking lot, her muttering about the lobby décor was the last straw. He carried the bags to the room in silence, set them down, and listened to her launch into a new rant about the view. Without a word, he grabbed some rope, he packed and kept handy for just such occasions, tied her up securely, gagged her, and stepped back to admire the view, (HE liked what he saw) and left her there.
Needing a few hours of peace before the vacation unraveled completely, he was determined to enjoy himself with or without her!
